A Call to Unite and Restore Minnesota: Phillip C. Parrish’s Vision for 2026

As Phillip C. Parrish, candidate for Governor of Minnesota in 2026, I stand before you with a heart full of frustration yet brimming with optimism. Over the past ten months, my team and I have poured ourselves into over 100 speaking events—averaging three per week—traveling from the northern tip to the southern edge, east to west, to connect with Minnesotans of all backgrounds. What I’ve witnessed ignites a fire within me: a state hungry for change, ready to correct course, and eager to see through the lies, half-truths, and propaganda that have clouded our path. This is our moment to get our house back in order, and I believe we can succeed—for Republicans, Democrats, Independents, and even those who’ve given up, convinced their vote doesn’t count.

The frustration is real, though the landscape is shifting. For the most part, there’s been a real move within the Republican Party of Minnesota. Many BPOU chairs and Republican leadership are waking up to the gatekeepers and the elites’ behaviors—those who once dismissed citizens based on appearance, economic status, race, color, or creed. Yet, my concern lingers with a small group, potentially including some on my competitors’ teams. While my fellow candidates remain open and amicable now, impatience or the allure of the money game could sway them. Financial wellbeing is a reality we all face, but being lured into a “winning formula” based on financial windfalls from specific donors or identity politics—deciding who’s “most electable” by superficial traits—threatens our success. This compromise could lead to failure, and people aren’t stupid. They may be naive or misguided at times, but they see through disingenuous scripts and talking points. We cannot afford to let a small group’s lack of faith and vision derail this cycle’s strong slate of candidates.

Still, that frustration is dwarfed by the inspiration I draw from the majority. At every event, from bustling cities to quiet rural towns, I’ve seen and heard a movement taking shape. People from all walks of life—farmers, teachers, workers, parents—are rising above the noise, seeing through the divisive narratives, and embracing a shared desire for integrity and progress. This is real change, a genuine opportunity to restore Minnesota for our children, our families, and our future. The energy is palpable, and it fuels my hope that we can overcome the narrow vision of the big-money elite and the pitfalls of short-sighted strategies.

To those who feel their vote doesn’t matter—Democrats disillusioned by party lines, Independents seeking a new way, and non-participants who’ve lost faith—I say this: your voice counts. The political landscape is shifting, with growing support for a vision that puts people first. To Republicans, let’s build on this momentum and resist the temptation to fall back into old habits. To everyone, join me in this fight to expose the truth, cut through the propaganda, and build a Minnesota where opportunity thrives.

My optimism stems from the courage and perseverance I witness daily. We will succeed through faith in each other, the courage to challenge the status quo, and the perseverance to keep pushing forward. As Governor, I will champion transparency, accountability, and policies that lift up the hardworking poor and middle class—those breaking their backs to build a better life. We can recover lost funds, streamline bloated systems, and ensure every Minnesotan’s voice is heard, not just those with the deepest pockets.

The path ahead is clear. Together, we can restore our state’s moral and economic foundation. I’ve seen the potential in every corner of Minnesota, and I know we have the power to turn frustration into action. With a strong group of candidates this cycle, we must stay united and focused—resisting the siren call of money over mission. Visit parrish4mn.com to join this movement, contribute your time or support, and let’s prove that the true majority—wise, capable, and united—will prevail. Minnesota’s future is bright, and with faith and determination, we will make it so.

With unwavering integrity and dedication,

Phillip
