A retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander with a background in intelligence and national security, Phillip is known for standing boldly with the people and addressing the issues that matter most—protecting freedoms, strengthening families, and restoring accountability in government. His willingness to engage directly with voters and take unscripted questions makes every appearance both impactful and inspiring.
As one of the evening’s speakers, Phillip will share his vision for Minnesota and how together we can restore a state that works for hardworking families—not political insiders.
