UNMASKING THE DEPOPULATION DECEPTION: NSSM-200’S LEGACY OF FRAUD AND THE FIGHT FOR ACCOUNTABILITY

Dear Minnesotans, Dear Americans,

The National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM-200), completed on December 10, 1974, under Henry Kissinger’s direction, explored how global population growth could affect U.S. security and international stability. Declassified in 1989, this document—once a Cold War relic—revealed a strategy to discreetly shape population policies through international bodies like the United Nations, avoiding accusations of U.S. imperialism. Its public release exposed a critical opportunity: decision-makers had evidence to rethink misguided policies. Were those missteps accidental, or deliberate?

NSSM-200’s flawed projections fueled a depopulation agenda. By exaggerating population threats, it armed policymakers, global institutions, and perhaps less savory actors with a pretext to pursue control, profit, or “order” through demographic manipulation. Critics see it as a blueprint for exploiting developing nations; its defenders claim it sought stability and growth. Regardless, its legacy endures—a statistical misfire morphed into a mandate with profound ethical and human costs.

Worse, inflated population data—then and now—enables white-collar crime and money laundering. Overstated numbers generate excess funds, obscure their use, and launder illicit flows through corrupt systems. This isn’t speculation; the mechanics fit. From the 1970s to today, such practices pad budgets, inflate voting rolls, and justify phantom crises—often amplified by paid agitators posing as activists. The result? A pattern of fraud harming an unsuspecting public.

Evil exists. Ignoring it has unleashed an unchecked war on humanity—one leadership can no longer deny. Past policies might have been misjudgments, but persisting in this fraud amid clear evidence implicates officials at every level. They are accountable.

Under a Parrish administration, this criminal enterprise will be exposed and dismantled. No level of government will escape scrutiny. The facts demand action, and I will deliver it.

With unwavering resolve,
