Minnesotans, the tragic assassination of Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, and the wounding of Senator John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, demand our grief—and our outrage. As we pray for the Hoffmans’ recovery, we cannot ignore the disturbing pattern of deception from our state’s politicians and bureaucrats. For too long, the establishment—led by Governor Tim Walz, DFL leaders, and their allies like Basil Ajuo of Minnesota Africans United (MAU)—has relied on claims of manifestos, alleged confidential information, vague innuendos, hyperbole, and outright propaganda to control narratives and manipulate public sentiment.
This isn’t new. From the Farmer-Labor Party’s exaggerated economic cries in the 1930s to Walz’s hyperbolic promises of a carbon-free Minnesota, our leaders have spun tales to protect their power. The 2020 riots saw them dodge accountability with vague racism claims, while misinformation campaigns—backed by figures like Ajuo—use state-funded propaganda to silence dissent. Now, with the June 14th shootings, we see it again: an unverified ‘hit list’ hyped by Walz and the media, while the real motive—possibly tied to Hortman and Hoffman’s break from the DFL’s radical agenda—remains buried.
I demand transparency now. Release Vance Boelter’s manifesto in full—stop hiding behind alleged confidentiality to shield the establishment. Provide unedited body cam footage and authenticate its content, so Minnesotans can see the truth, not a curated story. Walz, Ajuo, and DFL insiders must stop stonewalling. Their refusal to disclose reeks of a cover-up, protecting their ties to policies that may have fueled this violence. The X posts demanding these documents are right—Minnesotans deserve answers, not spin.
I call on every Minnesotan to join me in demanding this transparency. Contact your representatives, flood public forums, and hold Walz and his cronies accountable. Our state cannot heal under a veil of secrecy. As your next governor, I pledge to end this pattern of deceit, ensuring open government and justice for all. The time for truth is now—stand with me, Minnesota!
