Phillip C. Parrish Condemns ‘No Kings’ Rallies, Fraud, and Violence: A Call for Minnesotans to End Corruption and Chaos

Statement from Phillip C. Parrish, Candidate for Governor of Minnesota 2026

June 10, 2025

For Immediate Release

Fellow Minnesotans,

I unequivocally condemn the planned “No Kings” rallies scheduled for June 14, 2025, and all acts of violence that have plagued our communities, from the 2020 George Floyd riots to the recent unrest in Los Angeles. These protests, cloaked in defiance, too often spiral into chaos, exploiting the anger and pain of our most vulnerable—those disenfranchised by systemic inequities. I stand against those who orchestrate such unrest, using white-collar criminal schemes to perpetuate racial and economic disparities for political gain.

Minnesota has been scarred by rampant fraud, with over $6 billion stolen from public programs like Medicaid, child nutrition, and COVID-19 relief since 2017. Schemes like Feeding Our Future, which laundered $250 million through front companies, and PITSTOP-66, defrauding $50 million, reveal a disturbing pattern. These are not mere oversights; the scale and persistence of this fraud, enabled by lax oversight under current leadership, suggest a plausible intentionality—a betrayal of public trust that fuels distrust and division. When government funds meant for our children, our poor, and our communities are siphoned off by criminals, it widens the gaps of race and economic inequality, leaving vulnerable Minnesotans ripe for exploitation by those who incite chaos for political ends.

Enough is enough. I call on every Minnesotan to stand up and reject this cycle of corruption and violence. We cannot tolerate those who hide behind LLCs and nonprofits, laundering public money while our communities suffer. We cannot abide childish agitators who turn legitimate grievances into vandalism and destruction, nor the buffoons in leadership who passively enable these violent groups with weak policies and weaker resolve.

Take action. If you see something, say something. If you spot a pallet of bricks suspiciously placed in our streets—a hallmark of planned unrest—don’t walk by. Gather your neighbors, haul it away, and report it to authorities. Stop listening to those who excuse or ignore this madness. Your voice, your vigilance, and your courage can reclaim our state from those who exploit division for power.

As your next Governor, I pledge to root out fraud, strengthen oversight, and hold accountable those who misuse public funds. I will work tirelessly to bridge racial and economic divides, not widen them for political gain. Together, let’s build a Minnesota where trust in governance is restored, where our vulnerable are uplifted, not exploited, and where violence and corruption find no foothold. Stand with me, and let’s say no to the chaos and yes to a stronger, united Minnesota.

Sincerely,

Phillip C. Parrish
