What I’ll Do RIGHT AWAY (First 100 Days)

• Day 5: Issue executive order ensuring only biological females compete in girls’ and women’s sports and access girls’ locker rooms/restrooms in public schools and colleges. Direct the Department of Education and Minnesota State High School League to uphold fairness. Defend in court if needed.
Result: Safer, fairer environments for female students.

• Day 7: End sanctuary state policies; cooperate with federal authorities to deport felons convicted of violent crimes.
Result: Enhanced public safety.

• Day 10: Eliminate divisive DEI programs, saving millions and focusing on merit.
Result: A more cohesive state.

• Within First 10 Days: Direct the Minnesota Department of Revenue to review taxes (gas, tips, Social Security) for reductions; propose a 5¢ per gallon gas tax cut, no tax on tips, and no tax on Social Security.
Result: Relief for families, workers, and seniors.

• Day 15: Freeze new regulations to support small businesses and farmers.
Result: Boosted economic growth.

• Day 20: Repeal Governor Walz’s Due North Education Plan; develop project-based learning focused on core skills—math, reading, science, and critical thinking.
Result: Better-prepared students.

• Day 25: Establish School Choice Task Force for per-pupil funding to follow the child, prioritizing low-income students.
Result: Greater parental control.

• Day 30: Appoint bipartisan public safety task force for community policing and officer recruitment.
Result: Safer neighborhoods.

• Day 60: Submit budget with 5% income tax cut, eliminate three state fees, gas tax reduction, rural infrastructure funding, and school choice pilot.
Result: Lower costs, thriving communities.

• Day 80: Call special session for property and gas tax relief if the legislature delays.
Result: Swift action.

• Throughout First 90 Days: Appoint efficient commissioners; target $50 million in administrative savings.
