By Phillip C. Parrish, Candidate for Governor of Minnesota 2026
Fellow Minnesotans,
Yesterday, November 3, 2025—mere hours after House Speaker Lisa Demuth’s scripted splash into the gubernatorial race—a slick email landed in inboxes across the state, cloaked as a “Minnesota Straw Poll” for 2026. Sent from annie@mnvotersurvey.com via SurveyMonkey, it breathlessly announced: “The lineup of candidates for Minnesota Governor has changed… A NEW candidate has joined the race.” The hook? “Your opinion is critical. Your vote will shape the future of Minnesota.” Click the button, they urged, to pick your “FIRST choice Republican candidate,” gauge your “support strength,” name a second choice, and spill on U.S. Senate, Attorney General picks, hot-button issues, caucus plans, and your congressional district.
On the surface? Harmless grassroots pulse-check. Dig deeper, and it’s a masterclass in puppet-master propaganda: A stealth data-harvest designed to manufacture “momentum” for the anointed (Demuth, no doubt), while sidelining insurgents like me and our People’s Coalition. This isn’t voter empowerment—it’s the shadow network’s wet dream, funneling your responses into donor Rolodexes to rig endorsements, flood primaries with dark money, and keep the bipartisan grift humming. I’ve blown the whistle on this racket before—from Feeding Our Future’s $250M feast to Medicaid’s endless scams—and this “poll” reeks of the same Edina-Wayzata elite playbook: Divide, data-mine, dominate.
Let’s dissect the deception, step by surgical step, so every precinct captain, disillusioned DFLer, and Iron Range independent sees the strings for what they are.
1. The Ghost Author: “Annie” and a Phantom Domain
The sender? “Annie” from mnvotersurvey.com—a domain that evaporates under scrutiny. No WHOIS footprint, no public ties to the Minnesota Republican Party (MNGOP), no FEC filings as a PAC or consulting firm. It’s a burner email, routed through SurveyMonkey’s anonymous user pool (member@surveymonkeyuser.com), with a unique tracking link to prevent “forwarding.” Why the secrecy? Because transparency would expose the funders: Those deep-pocketed puppeteers—Big Ag lobbies like Cargill, pharma giants probing UnitedHealth’s overbilling scandals—who bankroll these ops to anoint “electable” consensus picks.
This mirrors the absentee ballot “harvesters” I’ve flagged: Shadowy outfits laundering votes under “voter outreach” guises. No “Annie” pops in FEC records or MNGOP donor lists—just echoes of past scams, like the 2017 GOP straw poll won by Rep. Matt Dean, where insiders like former party chair Keith Downey funneled activist lists to tilt the scales. Today’s version? Turbocharged for 2026, timed to Demuth’s drop, priming the pump for her February 2026 convention coronation.
2. The PsyOps Questions: Data Goldmine for Manipulation
Click through (as I did, for you), and the survey unfolds like a velvet-gloved shakedown:
• Q1 & Q3: First/Second Choice for Governor – From an “announced candidates” list (conveniently unnamed in the email, but loaded with establishment faves like Demuth, sans outsiders). This isn’t polling preference; it’s scripting the narrative. Your picks get aggregated to “prove” Demuth’s “front-runner” status, just like StarTribune’s Rochelle Olson did on cue last week. Why second choice? To fragment the field—pitting me against libertarian longshots, funneling “anti-Walz” energy to the safe bet.
• Q2: Support Strength – A sliding scale to quantify your “loyalty.” High? You’re a mark for Demuth’s donor blasts. Low? You’re flagged for targeted ads smearing “disloyal” challengers like me as “too extreme.”
• Q4 & Q5: Senate & AG Choices – Bundling races to cross-pollinate data. Who controls the AG slot? The same machine that buried Feeding Our Future probes. Your responses map donor overlaps—e.g., Emmer allies pushing Royce White clones for Senate chaos.
• Q6: Issues You Wish Candidates Discussed – Open-ended bait. Type “fraud audits” or “northern border security,” and algorithms tag you for suppression: Spam filters, oppo research, or worse—visitor logs for “unity dinner” invites that end in compromise.
• Q7: Caucus Attendance? – February 3, 2026, looms large. Yes? You’re penciled into delegate wrangles, where MNGOP gatekeepers (hello, BPOU chairs) “guide” your vote. No? You’re written off, primed for absentee “assists.”
• Q8: Congressional District – The kill shot. Geofencing your data for micro-targeting: Flood CD-1 with Demuth yard signs, starve CD-8 of real debate. This is how they harvest: 87 districts, one rigged rodeo.
No disclaimers on methodology. No sponsor transparency. No opt-out from data-sharing. Just “Privacy | Unsubscribe” boilerplate—while your IP, email, and preferences feed the beast. This “poll” concludes “in just a few days”? Translation: Lock in the script before our Coalition’s town halls erupt.
3. The Playbook: From Distraction to Domination
This lands amid Demuth’s Trump-Walz video circus—her “Enough!” shutdown of Walz’s “hate,” zero mention of the fraud billions we’ve lost to bipartisan negligence. It’s no coincidence: The email hit post-announcement, echoing Olson’s “front-runner” halo. The goal? Weaponize “voter sentiment” to bully delegates, justify PAC dumps (dark money via “nonprofits” I’ve unmasked), and crush crossovers. Remember Qualls? Robbins? Same Rolodex rotation—test the waters, crown the compliant, exile the auditors.
But the real theft? Your time and trust, siphoned to shield the shared predator: Walz’s DFL bloat enabling COVID slush, Demuth’s Capitol collegiality greenlighting it all. While families ration insulin and veterans tent in the cold, these “polls” distract with binaries, ensuring no one audits the trough.
4. The People’s Counterstrike: Hope in the Coalition’s Surge
Minnesotans, this is our wake-up cannon. The puppet masters tremble because we’re unbreakable: A faith-fueled phalanx of DFL defectors, GOP truthers, libertarians, and non-voters storming precincts from Anoka to Austin. We’re not polling for permission—we’re building voter integrity teams, tracking dark flows, and packing caucuses to rewrite the rules. August 11, 2026, isn’t their coronation; it’s our referendum. Forensic audits. Prosecutions. Clawbacks. A Minnesota where girls’ sports stay safe, borders (north and south) seal tight, and prosperity flows to families, not funders.
To the “Annie” ghost and MNGOP enablers: Your strings snap today. Forward this exposé—unique links be damned. Join a war council. Attend our town halls, not their traps. As I declared in my recent “Warning Shot”, the Coalition advances, armed with resolve. The battle-hardened are rising. Will you?

Onward. Undivided. Unbowed.
