In the 72 hours since I launched Operation Shadow Hunt, more than twenty whistleblowers have come forward. Bank insiders, vendors, parents, even a couple pastors who overheard “youth patrol” talk in the parking lot. An active bank compliance professional, still on the job and risking their career, leaked a stack of Minnesota state treasury checks along with proof that management ordered them to kill a mandatory Suspicious Activity Report (SAR). The documents came through multiple cut-outs to keep the whistleblower breathing. Why? Because what they caught is radioactive: more than $30,202.50 in rapid-fire state payments to a “childcare provider” that lists a 1979 suburban split-level house in Savage as its business address.
This is the fraud machine running exactly the same play, just with a new jersey.
The Checks – Your Money, Their Garage
Three Minnesota Management & Budget treasury checks, all personally signed by Walz appointee Erin Campbell (MMB Commissioner):
• Sept 18, 2025 – $16,659.00
• Oct 1, 2025 – $5,346.00
• Oct 29, 2025 – $8,197.50
Every single one marked “Cash within 120 days” so the money disappears the second it hits the bank.
Payee? A swarm of shells all buzzing around the name “Little Bees Childcare”:
• Little Bees Child Care Center Inc. (Spring Lake Park claims)
• The Little Bee’s Childcare Corp. (two different Savage addresses)
One of those addresses? 13306 Monterey Ave S, Savage, MN 55378, a 4-bed, 2-bath family home built in 1979. Go look it up on Zillow right now. That’s where Minnesota taxpayers are supposedly funding “high-quality childcare” for dozens of kids. Fire code capacity in a residential garage? Sure, Jan.
Same Scam, New Season
This is Feeding Our Future 2.0 on childcare steroids:
• Shell companies with almost identical names
• Suburban houses magically transformed into “centers”
• State checks cashed in weeks, not deposited
• Bank tries to file a federal SAR → told to stand down
DHS already admits 62 active fraud investigations into CCAP providers. Auditors say at least $6 million proven stolen, insiders whisper $100 million+ a year when you roll in the autism claim explosion. And the woman signing the warrants? Erin Campbell – Walz’s budget czar who went from DFL Senate staffer to COVID response to now personally inking ghost-daycare checks.
