OPEN LETTER TO MINNESOTA IT SERVICES COMMISSIONER DAWN M. CAMERON AND GOVERNOR TIM WALZ

OPEN LETTER TO MINNESOTA IT SERVICES COMMISSIONER DAWN M. CAMERON AND GOVERNOR TIM WALZ

Subject: Immediate Termination of Jane Chibuzo Koleosho – Your Deadline Has Passed

December 10, 2025

Ms. Dawn M. Cameron

Commissioner, Minnesota IT Services

658 Cedar Street

St. Paul, MN 55155

The Honorable Tim Walz

Governor of Minnesota

130 State Capitol

St. Paul, MN 55155

Commissioner Cameron and Governor Walz,

On November 28, 2025, I published The Felon in the Files, documenting how your administration hired and continues to employ Jane Chibuzo Koleosho – a woman with felony arrests for stabbing a family member in front of children and for financial fraud – to guard Minnesota’s most sensitive data.

On December 1, 2025, the survivor at the center of this nightmare stepped forward in her own name. In I Am Bola Koleosho, she told the world how she hid her younger siblings while Jane stabbed her brother, how court dates replaced prom, and how your agencies closed every file marked “unfounded” while the violence and fraud continued.

Today is December 10.

Jane Koleosho is still on the state payroll.

Your silence is deafening.

Your inaction is indefensible.

The people of Minnesota now know:

• Jane Koleosho was arrested for felony 2nd-degree assault with a dangerous weapon (BP12-004777)

• She faced felony financial fraud charges in 2019 (BP19-008449) – still open when you hired her

• Bloomington PD was called to her home five times in six years while children lived in terror

• Her family looted Medicaid through two bankrupt agencies while DHS looked away

And still you keep her employed.

This is no longer a personnel matter.

This is a public safety crisis and a moral disgrace.

Jane Chibuzo Koleosho must be terminated today.

Every MNIT hire since 2019 must be re-vetted with results made public.

Every Medicaid dollar this family touched must be audited and clawed back.

Every “unfounded” CPS file from that address must be reopened.

Bola Koleosho stood up in her name.

The children she once hid from violence are watching.

Minnesota is watching.

Terminate Jane Koleosho now – or explain to the voters in 2026 why a documented violent felon still guards their data while survivors carry the scars you ignored.

The looting ends when the enablers fall.

I am coming for the governor’s office to make sure it does.

This letter is public.

The clock is ticking.
