MNGOP’s Paywall Circus: Leadership’s Gaslighting Grift Exposed – Handing the DFL the Win Playbook on a Silver Platter

By Phillip C. Parrish, Fraud Whistleblower and 2026 Republican Candidate for Governor of Minnesota

January 31, 2026 – Faribault, MN – The Minnesota Republican Party (MNGOP) can’t even spell “Parrish” without dropping an ‘r’—bouncing my candidate email like bad checks, then “fixing” it with a resend that mysteriously omits the attachments. If this is their level of competence on basics, no wonder they’ve been gifting the DFL wins for years. It’s not a glitch; it’s the system: Price out the base, gaslight reformers, fracture the field, and pretend it’s “positive change.” Straight from the grifter’s handbook—mirror the DFL syndicate while claiming to fight it.

But let’s be clear: The true grassroots is still alive and strong at the precinct and BPOU levels. Hardworking Republicans—your neighbors, farmers, factory workers, parents—show up on February 3 for caucuses, elect local officers and delegates, discuss real issues, and push resolutions that reflect the values of the hardworking poor they care about deeply. That’s the heart of the party: Genuine, ground-level patriots who volunteer time, share stories, and fight for the innocent without expecting a dime. We honor and amplify that effort—it’s the foundation we need to rebuild on.

The problem isn’t you—it’s the state central gatekeepers. Chairman Alex Plechash and the top brass turn that grassroots energy into a paywall circus at higher levels, shrugging off the burden while the DFL laughs. The texts prove it. I started the exchange: “Candidates are calling, losing their minds about an email that was sent to all candidates. Obviously, I did not receive the email, as of the time of this text. Any thoughts?” Plechash replies: “I have no idea what you’re talking about so I’ll have to check into it. Which candidates and what subject matter are you referring to?” As if he has zero clue about his own convention blast sparking outrage. I sent a screenshot from another candidate who’d forwarded it—yet he keeps playing dumb, then escalates: “scratching my head” at objections, “NO problem” with hundreds in delegate costs (not counting Duluth’s haul), and shuts down debate when a family cites $1200 for tickets/hotels: “That is not being out of touch.”

Deputy Chair Donna Bergstrom dodges the bounce: “Taking people at their word.” Ops Director Jenna Dicks apologizes for the “ONE R” error with a sunny “Have a great weekend!”—attachments MIA. It’s deliberate marginalization: Keep the whistleblower chasing while insiders get the full grift packet.

This isn’t bungling—it’s intentional sabotage from state central. The May 29-30 Duluth convention? A setup: $5k Entrance or $10k Victory Packages for war rooms, voter data, speech slots, and perks (drawings March 11, priority to “endorsement-abiders”). No refunds, pay Feb 12. Timing guarantees chaos—rushed endorsements before June 2 filing, spoilers, bloody August 11 primary. I warned in my Jan 27 open letter: Move to April or ditch statewide endorsements. Ignored—because division serves the syndicate.

Questions for the state central gatekeepers (respond if you dare):

• If the party’s so broke, why charge candidates thousands for basic visibility while begging the base for donations?

• If $1200 family tabs are “NO problem,” why cry poverty when grassroots can’t afford the trek?

• If “grassroots,” why does the delegate path cost 30-60 unpaid hours and $1,200-3,000+ (precinct “free,” BPOU/CD fees $20-100, state $250-299 + $600-900 hotels + gas/lost wages)?

• How many more losses before admitting this racket hands DFL wins by excluding the 80%—the poor robbed by fraud networks ($9B+ gone in daycare/COVID heists, election rigging)?

That $1,200-3,000+ ultimate cost to reach state delegate? Imagine redirecting it: Donate to my campaign to fuel real exposure of the syndicates—$50 buys ads roasting the rot, $100 prints flyers for caucuses, $500 funds a whistleblower brief. Skip the paywall circus; come to my free events instead—gas money for a Sunday drive beats Duluth’s haul. Focus on the primary: Your time and cash build direct momentum, not machine endorsements that fracture us. Better spent smashing the system than funding its failure.

Deceived Republicans: You’ve been exploited—hyped for dues/votes, then priced out by state central elites shrugging at your pain. The ill-intended will expose themselves—defend this, show your hand. The rest: Walk away from the gatekeepers. Open door to real fight—align with the true grassroots care at precinct/BPOU, but demand better from the top.

As retired Navy intel vet (21 years), farmer, father, teacher, lifelong Minnesotan, and faithful Christian, I’m dismantling these networks—political, nonprofit, corporate, street-level—root and branch. No paywalls, no bubbles, no false equivalence. Servant leadership: Protect innocent, crush white-collar crime/money laundering, streamline bloat, engage ground experts, rebuild on moral foundations.
