HF3239 (House, with Senate companion SF3439) was introduced back in April 2025, sponsored by Mike Freiberg (DFL-Golden Valley) and backed by Tina Liebling (DFL-Rochester) and others. It outright bans conscientious exemptions for the MMR vaccine—effective August 1, 2026, if it ever passes—stripping families of their faith-based right to say no, especially when that shot’s development used fetal cell lines that clash with Christian convictions. It’s been rotting in the House Health Finance and Policy Committee since day one, with the last minor action (adding an author) in May 2025. No hearings, no votes, no progress.
Then comes HF3775, dropped February 26, 2026, by the same Tina Liebling. This one broadens the assault: It forces parents seeking any conscientious exemption to complete a state-mandated “immunizations education module” (government brainwashing 101) and get a healthcare provider to verify their beliefs before the exemption is granted. Doctor as faith gatekeeper? That’s not medicine; that’s spiritual tyranny. Referred straight to Health Finance and Policy—no hearings yet, but the 2025-2026 session is rolling, and these things love to hide in budget bills or “emergency” amendments.
These aren’t dead; they’re dormant predators. The DFL syndicate—Liebling, Melissa Wiklund (SF3439 push), Freiberg, and their Walz overlords—plays the quiet game until public eyes wander. Then they gaslight you into compliance: “It’s just common-sense health protection!” while their track record screams destruction of life.
The gaslighting here makes the devil blush. These same godless operators who scream “protect the vulnerable” turned nursing homes into killing fields during COVID. Under Walz, Minnesota’s policies allowed hospitals to discharge recovering COVID patients back to long-term care facilities—despite warnings—and nursing homes accounted for a staggering 81% of the state’s pandemic deaths at peak. Thousands of elders died unnecessarily, isolated, infected by policies that prioritized “capacity” over compassion. Walz doubled down, calling it “not a mistake.” That’s not leadership; that’s negligence bordering on manslaughter.
Layer on the fraud: While grannies died alone, the DFL’s nonprofit cronies looted billions—Feeding Our Future’s $250 million in kid-meal scams (Lambos and overseas wires), Medicaid rip-offs, housing and autism program thefts—potentially $9 billion vanished. Real lives destroyed: patients neglected, fraud “providers” billing for care that never happened, vulnerable families starved while the machine enriched itself.
Now these monsters want to police your soul? Require state-approved “education” and doctor approval before you can decline a vaccine on faith grounds? They mock your Savior, deny the sanctity of life from conception, yet pretend to care about “public health.” It’s the same death cult: Mandate experimental shots, ignore natural immunity and conscience, let the weak perish for profit and power, then gaslight families into believing resistance is reckless.
This has zero to do with measles outbreaks or child safety—it’s about control. Eroding First Amendment protections, Minnesota Constitution conscience rights, parental authority. Conditioning God-given freedoms on bureaucratic compliance. Intentionally destroying life—physical during COVID, spiritual now.
Minnesotans must not let these bills get quietly pushed through. The session’s active; committees can ignite overnight. Silence equals surrender to the syndicate.
