Minnesota Reclaimed: Gratitude, Grief, and Unyielding Resolve in the Fight Ahead

By Phillip C. Parrish

Retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander

Fraud Whistleblower

Faribault, Minnesota – February 10, 2026

To every Minnesotan who has stood with us—through donations large and small, hours poured into sharing truth, talent offered freely, and prayers lifted without ceasing—on behalf of myself and the team we extend our deepest, most heartfelt gratitude. Your support isn’t just fuel for a campaign; it’s the lifeblood of a movement to reclaim our state from the syndicate that has looted it for far too long. You’ve proven that integrity, sweat equity, and faith can outpunch donor-class millions. Thank you. From the bottom of our hearts: thank you.

In the midst of this fight, we pause today in profound sorrow. The news from St. Cloud hits like a gut punch: the tragic, violent death of Hallie Marie Tobler, the 22-year-old daughter of fellow Republican gubernatorial candidate Jeff Johnson. Hallie was taken far too soon in what authorities describe as a horrific domestic crime, with her husband now charged in her murder. Jeff has suspended his campaign to grieve and support his family through this unimaginable loss.

Victoria (my wife) and I and campaign manager Heidi and her husband Rich, lift Jeff, his wife, and their entire family to the Lord in prayer. We ask that God wrap them in His comfort, grant them peace that surpasses understanding, and carry them through the darkest valley any parent can face. There are no adequate words for such pain—only the promise that our Savior weeps with those who weep and promises to heal the brokenhearted. We grieve alongside them and pray for strength, healing, and justice.

This tragedy underscores the very stakes we’re fighting for: a Minnesota where the vulnerable are protected, predators are not shielded by politics or silence, and families can live without fear. The syndicate—political, nonprofit, corporate, street-level—has allowed crime to flourish while hardworking Minnesotans pay the price. We refuse to accept it. We expose it. We dismantle it.

To the 728 delegates who voted for us in the caucuses: you delivered a resounding grassroots statement. With just $5,411 raised—no PAC floods, no consultant scripts, no big-money theater—we punched far above our weight. Those votes came from real people tired of the looting, the fraud schemes, the empty high-school gyms the donor class couldn’t fill despite tens of millions spent. You stood for the 80%+ of Minnesotans who want nothing to do with either party’s establishments or gatekeepers. We are profoundly grateful for your courage.

To every delegate across the state: pursue the caucus and convention process as far as the Lord leads you. Engage fully if called—but enter with eyes open to the real costs and the pay-to-play realities of the machine. Know this without question: Team Parrish is in this to the end. We are not dropping out. We are not hesitating. We are heading straight to the August 11, 2026 primary and on to November. We’ve watched three candidates exit already; expect at least two more as the ground shifts and daylight hits the grift. The people will decide.

Our mission remains rock-solid. I am a Republican because we are a constitutional republic, full stop. We represent the hardworking 80%+—the families paycheck-to-paycheck, the farmers, veterans, parents—who refuse to fund daycare fraud, COVID relief theft, nonprofit cartels, and protected predators any longer.

As outlined in “Minnesota Reclaimed: The Vision for a State Worth Fighting For,” we are committed to:

• Real-time electronic tracking of every public dollar

• Immediate asset seizures from proven fraudsters

• Federal RICO referrals where evidence demands

• Slashing administrative bloat in education, healthcare, and public assistance

• Cutting regulations that protect insiders and launder money

• Unleashing honest enterprise so Minnesotans can build, innovate, and keep what they earn

• Putting citizens first—no more sanctuary policies importing crime while our daughters disappear into trafficking networks the machine ignores

Everything grounded in sound moral and intellectual principles, with faith in Christ at the center. The same Savior who overturned the money-changers’ tables is still overturning corrupt systems today. We are called to expose darkness (Ephesians 5:11) and be His hands in the fight.

In “A Faithful Path Forward,” the Lord gave me a dream of simple obedience when familiar structures falter: raising a hand in faith to bless the water of healing for wounded lives. That’s our path—stepping outside the paywall circus, refusing to buy favor from a broken machine, and building momentum through Truth Reckoning Sundays.

These free, no-barriers gatherings are raw truth in action: syndicates exposed (with dark humor to make the guilty sweat), stories shared, open mic for the unheard, no scripts, no fees, no off-limits topics. Join us this Sunday:

Truth Reckoning: Third Sunday – Sundays to Smash the Syndicate

In everything, we put God first. We cling to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for inspiration, courage, and wisdom. We call on the Holy Spirit to guide, strengthen, and protect us every step. The battle is the Lord’s—like David with his sling against giants. The guilty sweat because they feel the structure cracking under full-force daylight. Good. Let it crumble.

This is your state. Not theirs. Yours.

Rise. Reclaim it. We’re building massive momentum—precinct by precinct, Sunday by Sunday, heart by heart—straight to August 11 and victory in November.

In Christ alone,
