Public Intelligence Brief: Operation Shadow Hunt – “Phantom Poll Deception”

Phillip Parrish and the Parrish for Governor Intelligence Cell

Date: February 26, 2026

To: The Public, All Operation Shadow Hunt Participants, Fellow Minnesotans, and Truth-Seekers

Fellow Minnesotans, patriots, and anyone tired of the looting syndicates running our state—this is Phillip Parrish speaking, retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander, fraud whistleblower, lifelong Minnesotan, farmer, father, teacher, and your 2026 Republican candidate for Governor. I’m issuing this brief directly from the Parrish for Governor Intelligence Cell, no filters, no corporate spin—just raw truth guided by faith in Jesus Christ, who overturned tables on corruption and called out hypocrisy without apology.

What we’ve uncovered is no accident. It’s a deliberate deception operation using the Minnesota Secretary of State’s official domain to conduct covert polling on Republican primary voters. This “Minnesota Preference Poll” is not voter education—it’s opposition research disguised as state business, fishing for data to rig the GOP field, sideline reformers like me, and protect the criminal networks looting billions from daycare programs, election integrity, COVID relief, and more.

The Deceptions Exposed – No Sugarcoating

1. Spoofed or Misused State Domain
The emails come from mary@mnreadysetvote.com, tied to mnreadysetvote.com—an official vanity domain owned and operated by the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State (Steve Simon’s agency). The site is strictly for voter registration and election information: online/paper/Election Day registration, eligibility, polling places, sample ballots. Copyright: © 2026 Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State. Contacts: secretary.state@state.mn.us, 1-877-600-VOTE.
Zero mention of polls, surveys, candidate preferences, or GOP internals. No SurveyMonkey integration. No “Preference Poll.” Searches of sos.mn.gov and the domain itself confirm: this is taxpayer-funded neutral voter tools, not partisan probing. Yet the poll emails mimic official branding (MN map/tree logo, “MINNESOTA PREFERENCE POLL” header) to trick recipients into responding.

2. Fake Sender and Hidden Origins
“Mary” – no real SOS staffer by that name tied to elections or polling. Emails routed via SurveyMonkey relay (unique links per person, “don’t forward,” one-response “integrity” lock). This hides the true operator while borrowing state credibility. If headers show non-state IPs, it’s email forgery—a potential crime. If state-authorized, it’s abuse of public resources for partisan gain.

3. Deliberate Candidate Omission and Bias
Poll asks for first/second-choice GOP Governor from the “top four” post-Scott Jensen’s Feb 9 withdrawal: Lisa Demuth (House Speaker), Kendall Qualls, Mike Lindell, Kristin Robbins (state rep, House Fraud Prevention chair), plus write-in.
My name—Phillip Parrish, the Navy vet exposing the full syndicate—is completely scrubbed. Early versions even highlighted Robbins (dashed box), suggesting soft favoritism toward a “safer” insider who critiques fraud publicly but doesn’t dismantle the networks like I do. This isn’t neutral polling; it’s engineered to marginalize the candidate most threatening to the grift machine.

4. False Urgency and Fabricated Context
Subject lines scream “URGENT: Flash Statewide Poll Closing Soon” and “final reminder.” Claims it’s a response to “latest statewide poll results” after Jensen’s drop and caucus straw polls. But no such official “flash poll” exists—no announcements, no results published, no trace on SOS sites or news. Real polls (KSTP/SurveyUSA, Emerson) show Klobuchar leading GOP hopefuls by double digits—but nothing matches this stealth operation. Delegate-focused questions ($250 Duluth convention fee, plans to attend May 28-29) fish for convention interference intel right as slates form.

5. No Public Trace or Official Sanction
Zero news hits, X mentions, or SOS references to a “Minnesota Preference Poll” or flash GOP survey in 2026. The SOS elections page covers caucus results (including Feb 3 straw polls where I pulled votes), but nothing about running or authorizing internal party polls. This is isolated, targeted (hitting known Republicans like my team), and stealthy—classic syndicate playbook.

Key Players and Connections

Steve Simon (DFL Secretary of State): Oversees the domain. His office’s voter tools are being (at minimum) impersonated, or worse, misused. History of clashing with GOP on election integrity while ignoring red flags like nonprofit fake registrations. If complicit, this is taxpayer-funded interference in a Republican primary.

Kristin Robbins: Highlighted in poll versions. As House Fraud Prevention chair, she spotlights some fraud (e.g., fake regs from nonprofits), but her committee hasn’t gutted the full looting networks. Why the favoritism? Possible controlled opposition—boost a less-threatening pick while ghosting the full whistleblower.

Other Listed Candidates (Demuth, Qualls, Lindell): Real announced contenders. Poll gauges their strength without including me—the one naming the daycare/COVID/election syndicates.

The Shadows: Likely a consultant, insider group, or proxy using state cover for oppo research. Ties to broader corruption: nonprofits siphoning billions, election manipulation, COVID theft—all unchecked under DFL dominance. Poll ensures no Governor exposes it.

Call to Action: Operation Shadow Hunt – Dig Deeper, Expose All

To every participant, ally, and Minnesotan ready to fight:

1. FOIA Everything: Demand SOS records on mnreadysetvote.com emails, SurveyMonkey ties, any “Mary” or poll authorization.

2. Header/IP Analysis: Share full email sources—trace origins (state server or spoof?).

3. Probe Candidates: Ask Demuth/Qualls/Lindell/Robbins if they received/authorized this. Robbins: Why highlighted?

4. Recipient Mapping: How were lists sourced? Voter data misuse?

5. Flood the Poll: Submit en masse—write-in “Phillip Parrish,” list “fraud/racketeering/syndicate looting” as top issue/refusal reason. Screenshot submissions to poison their data.

6. Public Pressure: Tag @MNSecofState, @SteveSimonMN. Demand answers: “Is your domain spoofed for secret GOP polls, or is this official meddling?”

This is the fight for our constitutional republic. Minnesotans deserve farms free from grifters, families raising kids in faith without rigged systems, streets safe from syndicate shadows. Jesus exposed the money-changers; we’re exposing the poll-riggers. Truth wins, corruption crumbles.
