Legal notices go to adjacent counties… which means Minnesota border counties get the drift whether they like it or not. Winds don’t respect state lines, and neither do these particles. Your farmers, your families, your kids are breathing and farming the spillover. Persistent grids, haze that hangs for hours, weird patterns that sure as hell ain’t passenger jets? Silver iodide isn’t “harmless fairy dust.” Studies show moderate toxicity risks – bioaccumulation in soil, harm to aquatic life, algae, bacteria. But the syndicate waves it off while your air quality tests spike and your farms take the hit.
