Minnesotans, the DFL machine runs on uncontested seats. They treat safe districts like their personal ATM — no scrutiny, no opposition, just another activist shipped in from out of state collecting a paycheck while the nonprofit and political racketeering networks loot the state.
We’re shutting that down. Not one single DFL-held seat in the House or Senate gets a free ride in 2026 or any cycle after. The overwhelming majority of these DFLers aren’t lifelong Minnesotans — they’re paid organizers, union operatives, and imported activists whose real loyalty is to the syndicate, not to the people they claim to represent.
The filing window for every state legislative seat is May 19 through June 2, 2026 at 5 p.m. That’s it. Two weeks. Miss it and your name is not on the ballot — no extensions, no late entry, no second chances for major-party candidates. Their people are already prepped and ready. You shouldn’t be scrambling on the deadline; you should be first in line when the window opens.
Here’s exactly how to do it, straight from the Secretary of State:
• Be a U.S. citizen, eligible Minnesota voter, at least 21 by taking office, and have lived in the district at least 30 days before the general election.
• File an Affidavit of Candidacy plus $100 fee, or collect 500 signatures. Submit to the Secretary of State or your county auditor.
• Full instructions and forms: sos.mn.gov — search “Filing for State Legislative Offices.”
Action plan — start today:
1. Identify your target using house.mn.gov and senate.mn member lists.
2. Pull their campaign finance trail at cfb.mn.gov to expose the out-of-state money and grift connections.
3. Get your paperwork ready now. File early in the window so the machine knows real Minnesotans are coming for every single seat.
Uncontested races have let these fraud-enablers cruise to office with zero accountability. That ends this cycle. Real Minnesotans — farmers, veterans, parents, people of faith — deserve leaders who answer to the Constitution and to God, not to coastal donors and activist handlers.
This is our chance to restore a Minnesota built on truth, hard work, and accountability. Step up, file, expose the racket, and take back the seats they’ve treated like their private property.
Reach out if you’re running or helping someone file — we’ll coordinate and make them sweat.
