Phillip C. Parrish here—retired Navy Lieutenant Commander, fraud whistleblower, farmer, father, teacher, administrator, and your 2026 candidate for Governor of Minnesota. While the DFL machine and their nonprofit grifters keep pretending Minnesota’s schools are “world-class,” the truth is uglier than a back-alley deal in St. Paul. The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) isn’t failing our children by accident. They’re actively, knowingly torching education, gutting communities, and turning kids into collateral damage in the syndicate’s endless grift. And the latest exhibit? They hired a convicted Kenyan sex offender with an expired visa as Director of Internal Audit and Advisory Services—the very guy supposed to guard the vault while the looters emptied it.
Wilson Tindi—convicted in 2016 of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct after breaking into a Minneapolis apartment and assaulting a sleeping woman—waltzed into a six-figure state job under Tim Walz’s watch. Overstayed his visa since 2005, deportation order on the books, yet he landed at the Pollution Control Agency first, then slid into MDE in April 2025 as the boss of internal audits. Earned $145,000 a year checking the books on taxpayer money meant for our schools. He lasted until June 27, 2025—right around the time Alpha News and others started asking questions. Then poof, gone. Later, ICE finally hauled him off. This isn’t incompetence. This is the syndicate’s hiring manual in action: ignore red flags, shred background checks, and prioritize the “right” demographics over keeping predators away from anything touching our kids.
This is the same MDE that got sued by Feeding Our Future—the Somali-run nonprofit at the center of the largest COVID relief heist in U.S. history, $250 million-plus in fake meal sites and ghost kids. Instead of slamming the brakes on suspicious claims, MDE eased oversight after the group cried “discrimination” and sued in 2020. A legislative auditor later confirmed it: MDE’s “inadequate oversight created opportunities for fraud.” They knew the warning signs years earlier. They had the legal tools to stop payments. They chose not to—because calling out the grift might look “racist” to the DFL machine. Same story with $67 million-plus in child care subsidies funneled to raided centers with ghost daycares and phantom kids. Same pattern with student aid fraud. The department overseeing education turned into the doormat for the syndicate’s favorite hustle: loot federal dollars, launder through nonprofits, and buy votes with “equity.”
And don’t get me started on the affirmative action racket that greased the skids for Tindi and every other unqualified operator they’ve installed. Minnesota’s own statutes—Minn. Stat. §43A.191—force every state agency, including MDE, to hit race-and-sex quotas in hiring and promotions. Merit? Background checks? Protecting children? Secondary to demographic targets. The U.S. Department of Justice sued Minnesota over it in January 2026, calling it straight-up illegal discrimination under Title VII. I’ve been hammering this for months in my writings: these quotas aren’t “inclusion.” They’re patronage for the DFL crime syndicate. They built the culture of grift that lets sex offenders audit education funds and lets nonprofits loot meal money while our kids’ test scores crater. Math proficiency hovering around 43%, reading at 48%, science in freefall after they rammed through ideological “standards.” Graduation rates propped up by lowering the bar. This isn’t education—it’s social engineering to produce dependent voters instead of free citizens.
Tie it all to the Duluth Model—the DFL’s favorite family-court grift machine born right here in Minnesota. That “coordinated community response” to domestic violence started as an activist project in Duluth and metastasized into a fear-based, anti-father, anti-family racket that funnels families through courts, counselors, and endless bureaucracy. It’s the same ideological rot seeping into schools: prioritize power structures, narratives, and “equity” over truth, discipline, and parental authority. The Duluth Model’s DNA—blame the system, shield the insiders, destroy the nuclear family—mirrors exactly how MDE operates. Break families in court, indoctrinate kids in class, loot the programs meant to help. Communities crumble, children suffer, and the syndicate grows richer and more powerful. I’ve laid it out before: this isn’t policy. It’s organized destruction of the very foundations that make Minnesota strong—faith-filled families, merit, and self-reliance.
Jesus warned us about wolves in sheep’s clothing and those who harm the little ones. “It would be better for them to have a millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.” The DFL machine, their nonprofit cutouts, and the MDE bureaucrats enabling them aren’t just bureaucrats—they’re the syndicate’s enforcers, turning our schools into pipelines for dependency and our communities into cash cows. Dark humor? The same agency that can’t keep a sex offender out of the audit director’s chair claims it’s keeping our kids safe from “systemic” threats. The only systemic threat is them.
Here’s the vision Minnesotans can rally behind: a constitutional republic where education serves truth, not ideology. Where every child—regardless of background—gets rigorous basics, moral formation, parental rights, and real opportunity based on merit, not quotas. We will forensic-audit MDE from top to bottom, claw back every looted dime, prosecute the grifters with RICO if needed, and fire the enablers. Repeal the affirmative action mandates. End the Duluth Model’s grip on families and schools. Restore excellence so our kids can read, calculate, think critically, and build strong communities rooted in faith and freedom. No more children left as roadkill for the syndicate’s power grab.
Minnesotans are done being looted and lied to. We’re taking our state back—for our kids, our families, and the republic our founders entrusted to us.
