Intelligence Brief – June 17, 2026

The Department of Justice’s June 16, 2026 indictment of 15 members and associates of Direct Action Minnesota (DAMN) – a Minneapolis-based direct action group with explicit Antifa ties – is a solid opening shot. Twelve arrested in coordinated HSI raids, search warrants executed, two still at large. Charges include conspiracy to impede or injure federal officers, interstate stalking, interstate threats, solicitation to commit a crime of violence, assault on federal officers, and destruction of government property.
U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen, Acting AG Todd Blanche, Secretary Markwayne Mullin, and HSI leadership laid it out plain: these defendants ran an unrelenting campaign of harassment and violence targeting federal immigration enforcement during Operation Metro Surge. They used Signal chats (“Whipple Watch,” “Whipple 3.0,” DAMN groups) to track ICE vehicles by license plate, dispatch “commuters” and “co-pilots” for real-time stalking (even interstate into Wisconsin), build hard blockades with vehicles, trailers, Czech hedgehogs, and debris at the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building, deploy soft shield walls, interfere with detentions (“de-arresting”), kick vehicles, cause collisions, and destroy government property. Specific actions on January 23 and March 1, 2026 shut down operations. Training tours exported the playbook. Antifa affinity subgroups like Black Cat Worker’s Collective operated inside the structure. Evidence includes Signal messages, photos, damaged vehicles, and Antifa patches recovered from residences.
This is exactly the operational arm our January and March briefs mapped: the Southside RR Daily / Melt the ICE MN Signal networks, rapid-response “community patrols,” real-time agent tracking, blockades, intimidation, and violence that spiked assaults on federal officers by thousands of percent. The deaths of Renee Nicole Good and Alex Jeffrey Pretti didn’t happen in a vacuum – they were the predictable result of a network that escalates resistance into armed confrontation while media and politicians spin the resisters as victims.
But this is only the tip of the iceberg. The syndicate is not a loose collection of angry protesters. It is a coordinated racketeering enterprise that weaponizes fear for profit, chaos for profit, staged humanitarianism for profit, and death for profit.
The Full Network – Command, Funding, and Political Shield
Our prior briefs documented the structure. The new federal charges confirm the street-level execution. Now connect the dots the DOJ press release left on the table:
• Operational Layer (Now Partially Indicted): Direct Action Minnesota / Antifa cells using encrypted Signal for conspiracy, “Whipple Watch” tracking, blockades, and stalking. Overlaps with Melt the ICE MN, rapid response networks, and broader “ICE out” mobilization. Tactics identical to what we exposed months ago.
• Funding Layer (Still Flowing): Taxpayer-adjacent and philanthropic slush funds bankrolling the disruption. The Women’s Foundation of Minnesota’s Immigrant Rapid Response Fund alone raised millions+ for “alerts, trainings, bail.” Committee members include Ambar Hanson, Maryan Abdinur, Farhiya Abdulkarim, Ramla Bile, Naima Farah, Rabya Hassen, and others tied to the same networks. Additional rivers from Bush Foundation, McKnight, Headwaters for Justice, Minneapolis Foundation, Mortenson, Constellation Fund, United Way. These grants sustain the “humanitarian” cover while the operational cells turn federal buildings into war zones. Investigate every dollar for diversion into protest gear, bail funds, and coordination that protects parallel fraud pipelines.
• Political Command & Control Layer (Still Shielded): Governor Tim Walz, Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan, AG Keith Ellison, Mayors Jacob Frey and Melvin Carter, and state legislators Alex Falconer, Brad Tabke, Athena Hollins, Liish Kozlowski ran or enabled “ICE Watch” shifts, participated in or supported lawsuits to halt enforcement, amplified rhetoric calling agents “Gestapo” and urging people to film for prosecutions. Amanda Koehler – Walz campaign strategist and Southside RR admin – sits at the nexus of coordination and policy. These are not neutral public servants. They created the sanctuary environment, slow-walked audits on massive Somali-linked welfare and COVID fraud rings (tens of billions in documented patterns), and provided the political air cover that lets the street cells operate with impunity. DOJ subpoenas already landed on some of them for obstruction. The new indictments make the case for expanding those investigations into full RICO territory.
• Ideological & Institutional Enablers: Twin Cities DSA, ANSWER Coalition / Palestinian Youth Movement (piggybacking Iran-regime chaos for “national days of action” and ICE disruption), COPAL MN, OutFront MN, CAIR-MN, Isaiah Project / multi-faith networks (including Cities Church desecration with fresh indictments). These provide mutual aid, legal shields, bail, training venues, and the fake-moral framing that turns violent obstruction into “resistance.”
The pattern is clear and criminal: Fear (manufactured “Gestapo” panic) keeps communities compliant or divided. Chaos (blockades, stalking, riots) ties up ICE resources and distracts from enforcement. Staged humanitarianism (foundation grants, media victim narratives) launders the money and shields the actors. Death and violence (escalated confrontations, assaults on officers, community fallout) become acceptable collateral for maintaining the profit pipelines – including the fraud networks these same political actors have protected by slow-walking accountability.
This is not protected speech or assembly. This is conspiracy, stalking, assault, and racketeering under color of “activism.” The DFL/DSA machine and its nonprofit grifter appendages function as the political and financial arm of a domestic obstruction syndicate. They treat federal law enforcement as the enemy and Minnesota communities as both battleground and revenue source.
The Vision They Fear
Minnesota does not have to remain a sanctuary for this syndicate.
Imagine a Minnesota where ICE and HSI operate without state sabotage or Signal-tracked ambushes – removing real threats efficiently and lawfully. Where billion-dollar fraud rings face real audits, asset seizures, and prosecutions instead of political protection. Where foundation grants actually help people instead of funding disruption and bail for conspirators. Where churches are not desecrated and communities are not exploited by interlocking criminal networks. Where working families, farmers, veterans, and the vulnerable are no longer looted by a parasite class that profits from chaos while preaching compassion.
A constitutional republic where the rule of law serves the people under God – not criminal cartels in suits, hoodies, or legislative chambers. Borders that function. Fraud that ends. Justice that is swift and blind. Faith, family, and freedom restored as the north star.
Our team – Robert Johnson, Troy Peterson, and this candidate – has been exposing these networks for a long time because the truth is the only weapon that works against organized racketeering dressed up as righteousness. The DOJ’s 15 indictments are validation of the operational layer we documented. Now finish the job: expand to the command structure, the money men, the political enablers, and the fraud pipelines they protect.
Recommendations (Immediate):
• Full RICO investigation into the entire anti-ICE network, including funding sources, political coordination, and overlapping fraud enterprises.
• Comprehensive audits of all grants and public funds flowing to “rapid response,” immigrant aid, and related nonprofits – seize assets derived from criminal activity.
• Prosecute obstruction, incitement, and malfeasance at every level that meets the threshold.
• Legislative prohibition on state or local resources being used to impede federal immigration enforcement.
• Public release of all Signal chat evidence and coordination records from the indicted groups and their political allies.
The syndicate is sweating because the light is finally hitting the operational cells. Keep the pressure on the rest of the web.
Christ is King. Minnesota belongs to its people – not the grifters, not the chaos agents, not the political syndicates.
