Minnesotans, we have been lied to and exploited on an industrial scale. The same networks that looted our state through daycare fraud schemes, COVID relief theft, election roll padding, and nonprofit grift are now scrambling to block the one tool that threatens to shine a light into their darkness: President Trump’s Executive Order directing the U.S. Postal Service to bring basic verification and tracking to mail-in and absentee ballots.
As I detailed in my recent memorandum to President Trump, the mail system has long been one of the weakest links in our election chain — a vector for fraud that the DFL machine and its enablers have defended at every turn. This rule is not about “suppressing votes.” It is about stopping the syndicate from continuing to treat Minnesota elections like their personal ATM and ballot-stuffing operation.
What the USPS Rule Actually Does
President Trump’s March 31, 2026 Executive Order (EO 14399) directed the Postmaster General to establish uniform standards for federal election mail ballots. The subsequent proposed rule (published June 2, 2026) creates a Federal Ballot Mail Portal and requires states that choose to use USPS for mail ballots to:
• Notify USPS in advance of intent to mail ballots.
• Submit lists of eligible voters receiving mail/absentee ballots, along with unique Intelligent Mail barcodes (serialized tracking) on both outbound and return envelopes.
• Allow USPS to verify that the ballots being mailed match the submitted lists before acceptance and transmission. Non-compliant mailings can be returned.
• Enable tracking and data for law enforcement (USPS OIG and DOJ coordination) to detect discrepancies and investigate unlawful use of the mail in elections.
States retain full control over voter eligibility determinations. USPS is not “deciding who votes” — it is verifying that the ballots a state claims it is sending actually match the list provided, with proper Official Election Mail markings and trackable barcodes. This is common-sense mail integrity, not federal takeover.
Recent court developments show progress: The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals stayed a lower court block, allowing aspects of the proposed rule to move forward while litigation continues. However, implementation faces hurdles in states like Minnesota due to ongoing challenges.
How This Protects Minnesota’s 2026 Primary and General Elections
Minnesota’s primaries and the November general election are coming. Clean, verifiable mail processes help:
• Reduce opportunities for ineligible ballots, duplicates, or harvested fraud that have plagued past cycles.
• Provide auditable tracking so discrepancies can be investigated quickly instead of buried.
• Restore confidence for working families, farmers, veterans, and the faithful who want their votes counted honestly — not diluted by industrial-scale exploitation.
• Support a constitutional republic where elections reflect the will of eligible citizens, not the needs of a protected criminal network.
This directly serves the vision I’ve laid out: a Minnesota where producer families and honest citizens are no longer preyed upon by parasite networks in politics, nonprofits, unions, and street-level grift.
The Syndicate Fights Back — And We See Exactly Why
Who is leading the charge to block this? Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, joined by coalitions of blue-state AGs, filed lawsuits and a formal comment letter demanding the proposed rule be withdrawn. They call it an “unconstitutional power grab” and claim it undermines “voting rights.” Ellison’s office — funded by your tax dollars and the stolen money from years of fraud schemes — is actively spending resources to keep verification out of the mail system.
Tim Walz, Amy Klobuchar, Ilhan Omar, and the broader DFL/DSA apparatus have spent years protecting and enabling the very networks exposed in daycare fraud rings, COVID relief looting, election integrity failures, and nonprofit grift. They treat any attempt at accountability as an existential threat — because it is. Transparent, trackable ballots with verified lists make it harder to run the same plays that have kept them in power while Minnesota bleeds.
The legacy media in Minnesota? Mostly silent, defensive, or actively framing this as “voter suppression” while ignoring the documented patterns of fraud their favored machine has benefited from. They are not neutral observers; they are part of the protective layer around the syndicate. When you see outlets downplaying or attacking the rule without substance, note it. When officials stay quiet, note it.
We have been lied to on an industrial scale. The same players who minimized or covered for past frauds now fight tooth and nail against simple mail verification. That tells you everything.
Call to Action: Minnesotans, Start Taking Names
I urge every Minnesotan who cares about honest elections to make notes:
• Which officials (Ellison, Walz, legislators, local clerks) are actively fighting or delaying this rule?
• Which news outlets are silent or twisting the story to protect the status quo?
• Which voices suddenly discover “states’ rights” only when it shields fraud-friendly systems?
Share those observations. Amplify them on X, at town halls, in letters to editors, and at the ballot box. The Lindell-Parrish ticket is committed to exposing and dismantling these networks — not managing them.
President Trump’s USPS rule is a hammer. The syndicate is terrified because hammers break chains. Minnesota deserves elections worthy of a constitutional republic — transparent, auditable, and free from the industrial exploitation that has defined too many cycles.
