They want you arguing chicken or egg.

Which came first — the terrorist, the banker, the NGO, the politician, the contractor, the “humanitarian,” the intelligence cut-out, or the man who cashed the check? That argument is a stall. It is designed to keep honest people circling while the same names keep getting paid.

The truth is simpler, and uglier, and it does not require a secret decoder ring. Groups of people planned harm. Competing groups had competing intentions to cause harm. Evil men exploited all of it for profit and control. That is not a theory. That is how organized crime works when it puts on a flag, a grant, a foundation letterhead, or a campaign slogan.

On the twenty-fifth anniversary of September 11, 2001, Americans will be told to remember the dead and then move on. I remember the dead. I also remember the paper. I remember what crossed the watch floor. I remember what was withheld from the American people so that a narrative could survive an election, a budget cycle, or a career.

I was deployed shortly after 9/11. I worked a HUMINT collection team. Later I sat a watch as one of a very small number of officers who processed intelligence for dissemination across levels — EUCOM and AFRICOM — through the years that included Benghazi on the eleventh anniversary of 9/11. A lot of people underestimated what a farm kid from Minnesota could collate and retain. That was their mistake. It is still their mistake.

What 9/11 Actually Was — And What the Cover Story Was For

Nearly 3,000 innocents were murdered. First responders ran toward the fire. Seven of the dead were Minnesotans. That is sacred ground. Anyone who uses that day as a brand and then lies about the machinery around it is committing a second theft.

The facts that never needed a conspiracy board: jihadist networks had been at war with the United States long before that Tuesday. Intelligence warnings existed. Aviation security was a joke by design — cost, convenience, and political fear of “profiling” beat common sense. Flight training happened in plain sight, including in this country, including in Minnesota. Patsies and operators do not require every official to be in on the plot. They require officials who look away, officials who bury inconvenient reporting, and officials who later invent a story that protects the people who failed.

That is the pattern I wrote about last year in “Unveiling the Shadows.” Politicians do not lie after a catastrophe primarily to “protect sources and methods.” They lie to hide embarrassment, incompetence, and self-dealing. They lie so the public never sees the link chart: who funded whom, who trained where, who got the contract, who got the refugee pipeline, who got the “stabilization” grant, who got the reconstruction slush, and who got to lecture the rest of us about unity while the money moved.

The global order that followed 9/11 was sold as security. Parts of it were necessary. Parts of it were a feeding trough. Wars create contractors. Chaos creates NGOs. Refugees create VOLAGs. VOLAGs create clients. Clients create welfare enrollments. Enrollments create billing. Billing creates fraud. Fraud creates overseas hawalas. Hawalas create the next cell. If you have sat a watch floor, that sentence is not poetry. It is a logistics chain.

Benghazi Was Not a Coincidence. It Was a Signature.

September 11, 2012. Four Americans murdered in Benghazi: Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty, Tyrone Woods. The official first story was a spontaneous protest over a video. That story was a lie. I was on active duty through the Arab Spring and through that attack. What we saw inside was not a “fog of war” accident. It was a policy that treated the Arab Spring as a narrative vehicle for regime change in Libya, used a humanitarian cover to justify a power vacuum, flooded a region with weapons, and then acted shocked when the same jihadist networks walked through the hole.

Four dead Americans were not an intelligence failure in the sense the press uses that phrase. They were the predictable result of putting narrative and political timing above American security. The stand-down questions, the talking points, the video excuse — those were damage control. I said it on the record this year and I will say it again: the official story was always damage control. I was there.

Then the word “Benghazi” itself became a code. In 2021, SBA officials used “Benghazi” in emails and Teams meetings as a trapdoor label for illegal PPP decisions involving Planned Parenthood — a way to keep records off a FOIA search. I wrote that out in “The Benghazi Code.” Same reflex: hide the paper, keep the payout, call the public crazy if they notice the language. When a bureaucracy starts naming its concealment after an American massacre, you are not looking at sloppiness. You are looking at a culture that treats dead citizens as branding problems.

Minnesota ran its own version. A secret second email. Nursing homes. Remdesivir protocols. Families who were told they were being protected while the invoice machine kept spinning. Different theater. Same reflex. Build the cover before the bodies are counted.

The Chicken-or-Egg Stall Is Over. Here Is the Link Chart.

Parasite imperial economics is not a metaphor I invented for a bumper sticker. It is the operating system. A producer economy grows food, builds machines, raises children, defends a border, and worships God. A parasite economy grows invoices. It imports clients, manufactures grievances, captures agencies, and converts “compassion” into a recurring charge against the host.

I have been drawing this chart in public for years because I first saw pieces of it in finished intelligence packages in 2016–2017, when I was doing follow-the-money work out of Joint Task Force – National Capital Region: hawala networks, bulk cash, MSP to Amsterdam to Nairobi to Mogadishu. Public CBP seizure logs were already screaming. Suitcases. Hundreds of thousands per hit. Passengers tied to Cedar-Riverside nonprofits already flagged by Minnesota DHS for phantom daycare enrollment. I said then that the tracked slice was already in the hundreds of millions. A decade later the public is still being told the $9 billion figure is somehow shocking. It is conservative. NewsNation put my account on camera. The paper was never the problem. The will to act was the problem.

From MSP suitcases to Mogadishu mortars — that pipeline did not invent itself. Leadership let it run. The Minneapolis Field Office sat on more than one warning set over the years. Eagan flight-sim training before 9/11 was not a rumor I picked up on the internet; it was part of the Minnesota signature I named in “Ghosts in the Machine.” Same pattern: the rehearsal is local, the body count is national, the payday is transnational.

Now look at the four faces I named in the Thirty-Year Heist breakdown:

  1. Architects. DFL machine bosses, VOLAG executives, unelected regional overlords, and the nonprofit web that designed import-for-cash. They write the rules that make the fraud possible and then call the rules “equity.”
  2. Profiteers. LLC operators, billing mills, daycare shells, meal sites that never cooked a meal, housing stabilization that stabilized nothing but the bank account.
  3. Protectors. Media, HR departments, campus commissars, and politicians who deploy the race card and the “Islamophobia” club the moment a ledger appears. Their job is not truth. Their job is time.
  4. Foot soldiers. Street chaos, paid agitation, the useful riot, the sudden moral emergency that always seems to arrive the week an audit is due.

Feeding Our Future: a quarter-billion to three hundred fifty million, convictions, a 42-year sentence, and prosecutors still calling it the tip of the iceberg. Housing Stabilization: a $2.6 million estimate that ballooned past $100 million a year before anyone in St. Paul discovered a spine. Daycare phantoms. Autism mills. COVID theft. Medicaid bleed. That is not a series of oops. That is a business model.

And sitting on top of the invoice machine is the other latch I wrote about this morning: the gate on the ground. Minnesota is the largest single owner of mineral rights in this state. The Permanent School Fund sits on millions of acres. The child in the classroom is supposed to be the beneficiary. The producer — farmer, miner, logger — is supposed to be able to work. Instead the connected class holds both latches: land and minerals on one side, treasury and invoices on the other. The Crown changed its stationery. The gate is still in St. Paul.

Competing Evils, One Harvest

This is the part the propaganda cannot survive if you keep your eye on incentives.

Jihadist networks want a caliphate, a body count, and a recruiting video. Global financial and NGO networks want cheap labor, captured governments, and a permanent emergency. Political machines want a dependent electorate and a cut of every grant. Corporate contractors want the next war, the next “humanitarian” logistics contract, the next reconstruction. Intelligence services — ours and theirs — want access, leverage, and off-books channels. These groups do not hold hands and sing. They compete. They also feed each other.

Chaos is inventory. A wrecked country produces refugees. Refugees produce grants. Grants produce NGOs. NGOs produce political cover. Political cover produces open borders and weak vetting. Weak vetting produces the next attack and the next scandal. The attack produces the next surveillance bill, the next contractor, the next “community engagement” slush fund. Everybody gets paid except the host.

NSSM-200 and the older population-control papers were not a comic-book conspiracy. They were elite documents that treated human beings as variables. When you treat people as variables, you will eventually treat them as inventory. That is how you get a “humanitarian” machine that talks like a church and books like a cartel.

Christ is not confused about this. He cursed the barren fig tree. He drove the money changers out of the temple. He said a little leaven leavens the whole lump. He did not appoint a task force to study whether the thieves had a compelling narrative. He named the den of thieves and He cleaned it.

What This Has to Do With Minnesota Right Now

Minnesota is not a side story. Minnesota became a node. The largest Somali diaspora in North America was not an accident of weather. It was policy plus money plus a political machine that discovered a renewable resource: clients who could be enrolled, billed, organized, and shielded. Decent families who fled real war got used as human sandbags in front of a fraud factory. That is a sin against them and against the taxpayers who were told they were being virtuous.

I blew the whistle on daycare fraud in 2017–2018. I was told I was premature, unkind, obsessed. Then the indictments came. Then Feeding Our Future. Then the autism mills. Then the housing schemes. Then the public still got lectures about “stigma.” The inconvenient truth is that the political elite cannot put this back in the box because the paper is public, the convictions are public, the hawala routes were always public if you could read a seizure log, and the same chairs that refused to shut the faucet are still sitting in the same rooms.

Election integrity is not a separate file. When you import a client population, pad rolls, hide absentees, and treat canvass boards like a nuisance, you are protecting the invoice machine. When you pull a microphone and pretend the count is a feeling instead of paper, lists, and configuration, you are running the same concealment reflex I watched after Benghazi: change the subject, attack the witness, run out the clock.

Operation Shadow Hunt exists for one lawful reason: hunt liars, thieves, and grifters with paper. Build nodes. Feed state and federal cases. Educate neighbors. The fear a white-collar thief should feel is a subpoena, a clawback, and a courtroom — not a mob. You do not become the thing you are fighting. Christ is King. Stay clean. Defend the weak. Do not bear false witness.

The Vision They Cannot Mock Away

Minnesotans do not need another lecture from a coastal foundation about what we owe the world. We know what we owe: honest weights, a secure border, schools that teach children instead of laundering money, a producer economy that lets a farmer in Goodhue County keep his land, a miner on the Range work without a ten-year permission ritual, a veteran collect what he was promised, a parish school stay open, a mother walk a street without calculating which gang owns the block.

A constitutional republic does not run on imported clients and secret emails. It runs on citizens, paper, and consequences. Starve the parasite networks. Audit the VOLAGs. Claw back the theft. Prosecute the architects under racketeering statutes that already exist. Open the gate on the ground only when royalties and water rules are in writing and the child on the school trust is first, not last. Shut fake sites. Pay real ones. Stop treating human beings as inventory.

That is not hatred. That is love of neighbor with a spine. The man who refuses to name a thief is not merciful. He is an accomplice.

A Charge for the Anniversary

On September 11, remember the dead by telling the truth they were denied while they were still breathing.

Remember that evil is not a weather event. It is chosen. It is organized. It is funded. It competes with other evils and still finds a way to cash the same check.

Remember that a watch officer’s job is not to make the brass comfortable. It is to get the product to the people who can act before the next body bag is zipped.

The propaganda will tell you this is too big, too old, too complicated, too “divisive.” That is what a syndicate says when the link chart is already on the table. They cannot ignore it. They cannot put it back in the box. They can only hope you get tired.

Do not get tired.

Pray. Document. Share the paper. Talk to your neighbor without the approved script. Demand the count stand up on paper, lists, and configuration. Demand the faucet shut. Demand the land serve the child and the producer instead of the connected class.

The host always purges the parasite. Natural law does not negotiate. The land remembers. The land will be healed.

Christ is King.
