INTERIM INTELLIGENCE BRIEFING

What If the People Who Wrote the Rules and Locked the Files Already Answer Somewhere Else?
This is not a joint campaign statement. It is the question the paper already forces.
What if key parts of Minnesota’s election system, process, and oversight have been captured and controlled by persons with allegiance to foreign countries? What if the counties and precincts that refuse legal and appropriate data requests are sitting at the core of that compromised system? What if the legislation that built the thieving, grifting machine is connected to the same networks?
The answer is no longer theoretical. The State’s own pages, the counties that will open the books, the counties that will not, the statutes they wrote, and the federal indictments that just landed all point in the same direction. The machine was designed so the people who benefit most from it never have to show the rows.
The Counties That Will Not Open the Book Already Told You Where the Problem Lives
We have been asking for the textual cast-vote records, the zero tapes, the results tapes, the vouching lists, and the 7:00 a.m. registration denominator that is supposed to stay frozen. Some counties produced them. Most of the volume counties did not.
Wadena produced a clean ElectionWare export that matched its unofficial summary row for row. Wright produced 23,213 textual rows. Clearwater and Stearns produced abstracts and logs. Those files do not behave like the statewide 1.66-to-1 DFL-to-GOP governor-line split the official story sold after August 11. The checkable counties run closer to the opposite ratio.
Hennepin, which holds roughly 38 percent of every election-day registration in the state, denied the textual CVR and routed the request into a portal. Ramsey, Dakota, Olmsted and others either stalled, demanded fees that function as vetoes, or claimed the file does not exist. The State’s answer when the high-volume files stay locked is “no data.”
That is not a clerical accident. It is the feature. A count you cannot check is a count that can be made to say whatever the people who control the file want it to say. The counties that refuse the rows are the same counties that concentrate the same-day registrations, the permanent absentee volume, and the populations most dependent on the networks that profit from both.
The Legislation Was Written by the Same Hands
Minnesota Statutes § 201.061 lets one registered voter in the precinct vouch for up to eight others with no photo ID from the person being registered. Residential-facility staff can vouch without limit. Official training and undercover video both confirm the worker’s own words: “You’re the ID.” Eligibility is checked “after the fact.” The ballot is counted with the regular ballots. There is no provisional hold.
The same Legislature and the same Secretary of State who defend that system also produced unmarked driver’s licenses for people who present foreign documents, automatic registration pathways that rest on attestation rather than proof of citizenship, permanent absentee lists that keep mailing ballots, and a refusal to use the federal SAVE database even after the U.S. Supreme Court made individual checks available. Steve Simon’s own site still says the SAVE ruling has “no effect on Minnesota elections.”
These are not scattered policy preferences. They are successive statutory choices that remove verification, expand the pool of people who can inject ballots on election day, and then place the verification burden on the citizen who later asks to see the rows. The people who wrote those choices and the people who now refuse to produce the records are the same political network. When the network also includes individuals and organizations with documented ties to foreign governments, foreign diaspora political structures, and unregistered foreign-agent activity, the capture question stops being rhetorical.
The Indictments and the Networks Are Already on Paper
On September 30, 2026, the Department of Justice announced that a federal grand jury had indicted ten foreign nationals for illegally registering and voting in Minnesota elections. The cases cover the November 2022 general, the November 2024 general, and the August 2026 primary. Defendants include nationals of Liberia, Ghana, Lithuania, Germany, Bosnia, Brazil, Canada, and South Africa. One is charged with voting in this year’s primary. The U.S. Attorney’s statement was direct: when a non-citizen swears he or she is a citizen in order to obtain a ballot, the government will prosecute.
These are not isolated cases. They are the visible tip of a system that was deliberately left open. Minnesota’s Somali diaspora networks, clan-based political organizers, and associated nonprofit and political structures have operated for years inside the same metro counties that concentrate the vouching volume and refuse the cast-vote records. Prior intelligence work has already documented unregistered foreign-agent activity tied to Puntland diaspora organizations, election-related recruitment, and coordination that advances foreign regional interests without the required FARA registration. The same communities have produced both the highest volumes of refugee resettlement and the most intensive recent federal immigration enforcement activity.
The legislation that removed citizenship verification and multiplied the number of ballots one person can inject is not neutral infrastructure. It is infrastructure that advantages the networks that know how to use it and that can punish or protect the people who operate inside it. When those networks include persons whose primary political allegiance and organizational structure remain tied to foreign capitals or foreign clan systems, the election system is no longer solely under the control of Minnesota citizens.
The Bottom Line Every Real Minnesotan Already Knows
Every single Minnesotan who is alive, who is a citizen, and who still cares about this state must stand up, vote, and demand integrity at every level. Voting alone is not enough when the count itself can be locked. The demand has to be for the paper, the lists, and the configuration — the textual rows, the tapes, the vouching oaths, the 7:00 a.m. denominator that does not move overnight, and the citizenship checks the State has refused to run.
Brave people who are already inside the process — election judges, county staff, poll workers, observers, and citizens who have watched the vouching lines and the missing files — must document what they see and speak. The statute already says the rows must be produced. The counties that will not produce them have already identified themselves. The legislation that built the open door was written by people whose political survival depends on the networks that walk through it. The federal indictments show that non-citizens have already used the door.
This is not a call for rumor. It is a call for the records the law already requires and for the witnesses the machine hopes will stay silent.
A Minnesota that still belongs to its farmers, its veterans, its parents, and its workers is a Minnesota where any citizen can add the rows and see whether the official story survives the arithmetic. It is a state where the count is not a black box controlled by people who answer to other capitals, other clans, or other payrolls. It is a constitutional republic in which the citizen, not the grift, holds the last check.
The files that stay locked are the files that matter. The people who will not open them have already told you which side of the door they stand on. Demand the rows. Document what you see. Speak while the evidence is still on paper.
God sees the work.
Christ is King.
