It’s called biological warfare research. We must all stop allowing this depraved and inhuman situation to be softened with intellectual justifications and start telling it like it is. This research and the resulting pathogens were intended to kill people. It was developed as a biological weapon. Members of the intelligence community, like me, warned of this more than 2 decades ago.
