Obama’s Executive Order 13721, March 14, 2016, created an industry of Democrat/Lib/Ruling Class contractors that were used to target candidate Trump and other conservative movements for digital blacklisting. They used it to intentionally and falsely designate U.S. Persons and groups as extremists with terrorist group connections to justify their treason and espionage. This resulted in the compromised alphabet soup agencies promoting and disseminating then President Obama’s “positive alternative narratives” which were knowingly false narratives.
I, Phillip C Parrish, LCDR, USN (Ret), 21 years counterterrorism and foreign policy expert, personally witnessed these behaviors and wrote internal reports documenting the unlawful activities.
