PUBLIC NOTICE: EXPOSE THE STIFLING OF PUBLIC VOICE—DEMAND AN IN-PERSON HEARING ON MINNESOTA’S FLAWED ELECTION RULES!

Fellow Minnesotans, Patriots, and Guardians of our Constitutional Republic,

As Phillip C. Parrish—retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander, farmer, educator, and your Candidate for Governor of Minnesota in 2026—I stand with you in the fight to reclaim our elections from fraud, opacity, and bureaucratic sabotage. The proposed permanent rules on elections administration (Revisor’s ID R-4824, CAH Docket No. 8-9019-39440, Minnesota Rules Chapters 8200-8250) were meant to be a beacon of transparency. Instead, the so-called “open process” has been a farce, riddled with deliberate stumbling blocks designed to stifle participation and shield Secretary of State Steve Simon’s weak, fraud-enabling tweaks from scrutiny.

Over 100 Minnesotans—everyday citizens, election watchdogs, and concerned leaders like myself—poured their hearts into written comments and hearing requests before the September 26, 2025, deadline. We demanded accountability for bloated voter rolls (3.6 million registered against a 4.2 million voting-age population), ghost additions, non-citizen vulnerabilities, and foreign software risks like Konnech’s overseas servers. Yet, many of us, including me, received no proper email replies confirming our submissions or the hearing’s confirmation. This echoes the DOJ’s September 25, 2025, lawsuit against Simon for stonewalling federal access to our rolls—another layer of deflection in a criminal enterprise that’s rigged our Republic.

Worse, the virtual hearing scheduled for October 10, 2025, at 12:00 PM CDT is crumbling before it begins. The WebEx link provided in the Dual Notice is invalid. This isn’t a glitch—it’s a widespread complaint from requesters across the state, blocking audio, video, and even phone access (1-415-655-0003). Coupled with 404 errors on the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) eComments site and radio silence from agency contacts like Justin R. Erickson (justin.erickson@state.mn.us, 651-201-6895), this reeks of an orchestrated effort to suppress voices. Minnesotans deserve better than a broken Zoom call to debate rules that could lock in fraud for 2026—rules that ignore real-time audits, citizenship proofs, and post-election freezes, as I’ve outlined in my campaign platform at parrish4mn.com.

This is no accident. It’s the DFL machine’s playbook: inflate rolls to siphon federal billions, enable scandals like Feeding Our Future and District 40B cheating, and bury dissent under “technical” excuses. But we won’t be silenced. The Administrative Procedure Act (Minn. Stat. §§ 14.131–14.20) guarantees a fair hearing—one where all can participate fully. A virtual farce doesn’t cut it when stakes are this high. We demand an in-person public hearing at the State Capitol or a neutral venue, open to all, with proper notice, accessible tech, and no barriers.

IMMEDIATE CALL TO ACTION: FLOOD THE SYSTEM—DEMAND YOUR VOICE BE HEARD IN PERSON!

Time is critical—with the current date of October 4, 2025, we have days to force change before October 10. Join me in this coalition to amplify the pressure. Here’s how you act now:

Template Message (Copy, Customize, and Send):
“Dear [Official],
As a concerned Minnesotan, I demand the October 10, 2025, hearing on proposed election rules (R-4824) be converted to in-person at the Minnesota State Capitol. Over 100 comments were submitted, yet many (including gubernatorial candidate Phillip C. Parrish) received no confirmation replies. The WebEx link is invalid (Error ID: 2CA9A7D8120C4B7B945FB0653F0985CC_1759581327214), blocking participation—a pattern of stumbling blocks stifling public input on critical fraud protections. This violates Minn. Stat. §§ 14.131–14.20. Schedule an accessible, in-person forum immediately to ensure transparency for 2026 elections.
Sincerely, [Your Name, Address, Phone].”

2. Contact Your Legislators—CC Them on All Messages: Find yours at leg.state.mn.us (search by ZIP). Urge them to intervene and hold Simon accountable.

3. Amplify on Social Media—Go Viral:

• Post on X (Twitter), Facebook, and Nextdoor: “Minnesota’s election hearing is broken—invalid WebEx, no replies to 100+ comments! Demand in-person NOW. Tag @MNSteveSimon @GovTimWalz @keithellison #MNVoterFraud #InPersonHearing #ParrishForGovernor”

• Share my article: parrish4mn.com/2025/09/update-doj-lawsuit…

• Rally with allies like @LibertyMarieEP—retweet and tag for momentum.

4. Join the Coalition: Sign up at parrish4mn.com to receive updates, volunteer for monitoring, or donate to fuel our 2026 integrity push. Reply to @phillipcparrish or email phillip@parrish4mn.com to coordinate.

5. Monitor and Report: Check sos.mn.gov/rulemaking daily for updates. If no response by October 7, we’ll escalate to media (Star Tribune, Alpha News) and federal watchdogs.

Minnesotans, the North Star State shines brightest when we stand united against darkness. This broken process isn’t our Constitutional Republic—it’s a dodge. With the DOJ’s hammer falling and 2026 on the horizon, let’s force the light in. Demand the in-person hearing. Demand real rules that purge fraud, verify citizens, and secure our votes. Who’s with me?

For a fraud-free, transparent Minnesota,

Phillip C. Parrish

Candidate for Governor of Minnesota, 2026

LCDR, USN (Ret.)
