SF 3439: DFL Syndicate’s Latest Family Trap – Banning Conscientious MMR Exemptions and Dragging Homeschoolers Into the Net

St. Paul, Minnesota — The DFL machine just dropped their 1st Engrossment of SF 3439 today, and if you thought parental rights still meant something in Minnesota, think again. This bill doesn’t stop at public schools or daycare grift centers. It explicitly wipes out the conscientious exemption for the MMR vaccine (measles, mumps, and rubella) across the board — and yes, it nails homeschool families too. Effective August 1, 2026. No loopholes. No escape. The state now owns your kid’s medical file, and your conscience is officially irrelevant.

As I broke down in my earlier post that cut through the gaslighting:

“Some are still saying this bill doesn’t apply to homeschool families… so let’s take it from the top and simply read what it actually says.

A quick guide to bill formatting:

• Regular text = existing law

• Underlined = new language being added

• Strikethrough = language being removed

Now, the substance:

Lines 1.2–1.3

State the bill’s purpose: to prohibit use of the conscientious exemption for the MMR vaccine.

Lines 2.25–2.26

Explain who it applies to, including children enrolled in ‘elementary or secondary school’.

Lines 3.4–3.6

Define ‘elementary or secondary school’ — and that definition includes homeschools.

So yes — this bill does apply to homeschool families.

Removing choice for daycare, public, and private school families is already a serious constitutional concern. But this bill goes a step further than any other in the country by explicitly tying that removal to homeschooling as well — leaving NO choice.

This would go into effect August 1, 2026, for everyone. Homeschoolers who have already reported at age 7 or 7th grade would be required to submit records to be compliant THIS year.

(This isn’t something that can be ‘fixed’ by just amending/deleting that line. That definition and the reporting requirement is part of existing law in subdivisions 8 and 9. Changing it would require an intentional, broader overhaul of the whole statute.)

This is the same structural issue we’ve always seen in the full mandate bill, and in the doctor-approval requirement bill.

Even for families who fully vaccinate — don’t you want to retain the ability to make decisions if schedules change, if new information emerges, or if your child has a unique medical experience?

The state doesn’t know your child.

It doesn’t live your life.

And it shouldn’t replace your judgment.”

Exactly. And as I warned back on February 28 in my piece “DFL’s Gaslighting Death Cult: Bills HF3239/SF3439 and HF3775 Are Not About Health—They’re About Destroying Conscience and Life Itself,” this is the same syndicate that looked away while Feeding Our Future looted hundreds of millions, while COVID relief scams bled the treasury dry, and while Walz’s mandates turned state workers into lab rats. Same players. Same playbook. Different day, same control.

SF 3439 sailed through the Senate Health & Human Services Committee on a straight party-line vote — DFL grifters in lockstep, Republicans pushing back. Lead sponsor Sen. Liz Boldon and her crew (Wiklund and the usual suspects) made sure the new language in Subd. 3c forces parents who filed conscientious exemptions before to now cough up MMR proof or a doctor’s note just to keep their kids enrolled — even in your own dining room classroom.

This isn’t public health. This is the same racket that profits off mandates while real fraud networks loot Minnesota blind. As a retired Navy intelligence officer, fraud whistleblower, farmer, father, teacher, and man who answers first to Jesus Christ, I see it plain: God gave parents — not St. Paul bureaucrats — the sacred duty to steward our children’s bodies and souls. Conscientious belief isn’t some fringe loophole; it’s the line between free people and serfs.

We already exposed this in the doctor-gatekeeper bill and the full-mandate push. Now they’re doubling down. Even families who vaccinate should recoil — because tomorrow it’s another shot, another “emergency,” another way to replace your judgment with their edict.

Here’s the vision worth fighting for: A Minnesota where families come first, where parental authority is respected as the foundation of our constitutional republic, where faith guides decisions without apology, and where the criminal networks — political, nonprofit, corporate — get exposed, dismantled, and held accountable. No more looting. No more rigging. Just free Minnesotans raising strong kids on solid ground.

Save the date: Wednesday, April 8th, 10am. We’re standing together to put Family First in Minnesota. Details coming — but show up ready.

The syndicate hates sunlight. Share this, read the bill yourself, and let your legislators know: hands off our kids.
