The printed line is closed. The work is not.

This is not a joint statement. It is mine.

If you showed up — in a courtroom, in a county office, on a phone, in a pew — you are seen. I am done letting other people narrate what Friday meant. Here is the map.

What the calendar already closed

There is no legal path that puts this ticket on the printed November ballot.

These clocks ran out on the date, not on our effort.

• Printed names for governor and lieutenant governor. Major-party affidavits and independent or minor-party nominating petitions: May 19 through June 2, 2026, 5:00 p.m. That window does not reopen for a press conference.

• Primary. August 11, 2026. The canvass followed. The printed Republican line is the certified nominee pair.

• Chapter 209 contest. Serve the notice like a civil summons within five days of the primary canvass. A Ramsey panel dismissed our contest on service. The merits were not tried. Todd’s file was not inspected. Blue Earth’s test deck was not inspected. The modem configuration was not inspected.

• Minnesota Statutes § 204B.44. The Supreme Court already held that following the August 18 Contingent Plan is not, standing alone, a wrongful act.

Barring a highly unlikely federal intervention that actually opens paper, lists, and configuration — and no honest man will promise you that — the machine will print the names it has already chosen. That is not surrender. That is the deadline sheet.

I do not support a write-in.

A write-in does not repair Todd County’s replaced results file, Blue Earth’s test deck in the live feed, Anoka’s modem-versus-certificate split, voting history still being typed, a vouching statute that lets one oath cover unregistered voters, or a mail channel the State just sued to keep loose. In my judgment those tools have already been used to install the outcome the syndicate wants. The printed DFL line is Amy Klobuchar. Without that rare federal opening of paper, lists, and configuration, a write-in does not threaten the install. It feeds it. I will not ask anyone to pour a protest into a process I have spent months documenting as unfit to count it.

You may disagree. Discernment is yours. I will not police your conscience.

What did not close

The public record did not vanish when the caption died.

Todd County still says an incorrect file went to the State and was replaced after staff balanced to paper. Blue Earth still said the first upload held the public-accuracy-test deck. Commissioner Jeff Reinert still said adding the modem takes the certified build off the certificate; the Secretary of State still answers that “all equipment is certified.” United States v. Simon is still a live case over the statewide voter file. Chapter 209 still makes a citizen sue the other candidate so the State never has to sit in the other chair. A hate call still came in before the order was public: “Now get on board with Republicans.” The inspection scope and the public-record brief we filed the morning of the hearing are still readable. The court did not reach them.

That stack is the work. It was never only a jersey.

Minnesota is still farms, parishes, shops, union halls, and kitchen tables. The people I have looked in the eye for eighteen months do not need a consultant to tell them when the official story and the street do not match. They need the pages. They need neighbors who will teach the pages without becoming the thing that called us names.

What I am asking of you — not ordering

Stay on the paper. Data-practice requests. Precinct tapes. Early lists. Rejected envelopes where a lawful window still exists. Configuration reports. Train the next person. That is a constitutional republic doing what a caption was built not to do.

Stay on the federal file. The DHS letter to the Department of Justice, the voter-roll case, the fight over mail custody. Those files do not need our names printed to stay alive.

Vote as you will. I will not tell you to get on board with a club. I will not tell you a write-in is strategy. Printed Republican line, blank, a local race that still has a real count — your call. Keep looking people in the eye.

Do not do despair theater. An envelope dismissal is not a finding that the county pages are fake. It is not a finding that you wasted your life. It is a finding that Chapter 209 is a knife fight so the State can leave the room. We named that. Naming it matters.

Protect your people. The unknown caller wanted fear. Do not return slurs. Do not return evil for evil. Document threats. Stay in church. Stay with family. Burnout is how the parasite economy harvests volunteers.

We cannot swap the printed line. We can still change what Minnesotans know when they walk in. Expose. Educate. A public that can read Todd’s own page, Blue Earth’s own quote, and Reinert next to the Secretary’s slogan is a public the syndicate has to work harder to keep asleep. That is righteous work. That is how you fight when the filing window is already shut.

What I will keep doing

I will keep publishing what the official pages already admit. I will keep putting facts in front of anyone with a duty — county, state, federal — without asking permission to notice a contradiction. I will not pretend I am the nominee. I will not ask you to write my name into a process I do not trust.

I want a Minnesota where a farmer’s vote and a parish secretary’s vote are the same piece of paper, counted in the open, matched to a list that still means something. Not a slogan. A county that can balance to paper without replacing the file after midnight. That vision is ordinary. That is why they fight it.

Bottom line

There is no printed line for us.

I do not support the write-in.

The system we documented is the reason.

You are not required to follow me into any November box.

You are required only to stay honest.

Thank you for the hearing. Thank you for the counties. Thank you for showing up when it cost you something.

God sees the work. Christ is King.

Stay on board with the truth. Teach it. Do not become what called you.
