Subject: The Intentional Parasite Economy — How False Heroes Built the Extraction Machine and Why Ordinary Minnesotans Were Never Meant to See It
Fellow Minnesotans,
If you farm, raise kids, fix trucks, staff a hospital, or just try to keep your own house standing, this is for you. You have been told for thirty years that what happened to this state was an accident of good intentions. It was not.
The people who designed the pipeline did not stumble into it. They built it. They knew the downstream costs. They ordered the next shipment anyway. Then they wrapped the whole operation in false humanitarianism, soft bigotry, and the exploitation of decent people’s genuine desire to help. The goal was never to create free citizens. The goal was a managed population that could be billed, voted, and extracted from so the parasitic machine could keep feeding.
The False Heroes and the Intake Valves
Minnesota’s modern extraction model did not begin with the most recent governor. It was engineered by the men still celebrated as the state’s moral pantheon.
Hubert Humphrey sat in the briefings on the Laos secret war. He knew the bombing and the recruitment of Hmong fighters would produce a refugee wave. The wave arrived. The machinery was waiting.
Walter Mondale pushed the 1980 Refugee Act while the costs of earlier meddling in Somalia were already visible. The Somali pipeline followed.
Rudy Boschwitz championed Ethiopian airlifts. More dependent populations arrived.
These were not naive idealists blindsided by results. They had the cables in their hands and they piled on more. Their family foundations and institutes still supply the moral cover.
The intake valves were the voluntary agencies—VOLAGs. Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota and Catholic Charities affiliates (corporate entities legally distinct from the actual churches) received federal Reception and Placement money by the head. Roughly two thousand dollars per person for the first weeks, plus overhead, plus longer-term grants. Chain migration and minimal vetting turned the flow into a permanent client base. Once the bodies were here, the DFL machine, nonprofit shells, and billing codes turned resettlement into industrial fraud.
The documented results are not abstract: Feeding Our Future ghost meals, phantom daycare claims, autism billing mills, Medicaid overbilling, COVID relief theft. Billions extracted. Money moved through hawalas. Ordinary producers in Greater Minnesota watched their property taxes climb while the machine expanded.
The Cover Stories That Protected the Machine
Three stories kept decent people quiet:
1. False humanitarianism. The language of “saving the vulnerable” while the contractors collected per-head federal money and the downstream rings looted the rest. Form I-864 Affidavits of Support were signed and then ignored. The contracts were paper theater.
2. Soft bigotry. Affirmative-action quotas and permanent low expectations treated certain groups as incapable of ordinary standards. That was not kindness. It was a shield for grift and a way to keep the dependent class large.
3. Exploitation of good people. Church folks, farmers, veterans, and parents who still believe charity is a personal duty were used as camouflage. Their compassion was redirected into a system that treats both the imported dependents and the native producers as cattle.
The European Parallel and the Quiet Part Out Loud
The same model operates across the Atlantic. Muckraker’s documentary Replacing Europe followed the pipeline from Africa into and across Europe for two months. A UN migration worker is recorded admitting that governments profit from illegal immigration and have no interest in stopping it. Migrants are flown to the European mainland. Organizations openly guide them across borders. The filmmakers were violently attacked and nearly arrested for documenting it.
That is not “unintended consequences.” That is a managed-herd operation. Elites in the financial centers and the world monetary system do not care about native birth rates or the long-term survival of the host population. They care about controllable cash flows. When the Islamic cohorts grow large enough to enforce parallel rules and reject the dependency script, the model will either adjust the management tools or walk away from the wreckage. They have done it before.
Minnesota is not unique. It is a franchise office of the same imperial parasite economy.
What This Means for Ordinary People
If you grow food, you are the host.
If you raise your own children, you are the host.
If you pay the taxes that fund the ghost claims, you are the host.
The machine does not want producers who can stand on their own. It wants professional patients and permanent clients. That is why the false heroes kept the language of compassion flowing long after the fraud numbers were visible. The language was the only thing standing between the public and the ledger.
This was intentional. The how and the why were hidden behind the masks of humanitarianism and soft bigotry. The people who built it are not benevolent. They are extractive opportunists who treat populations as cattle so they can keep milking the producers.
Minnesota does not have to remain the place where this operated with impunity. The producer class still exists. Farmers, tradesmen, nurses, small-business owners, and parents who actually raise their children still form the backbone of this constitutional republic. The land remembers. The host can still purge the parasite.
