Ignoring the intellectually and morally broken behaviors of another person does not demonstrate kindness. It makes you complicit in their self-harm and ultimately harm to others. Confronting people that demonstrate unhealthy and inappropriate behaviors can be done without being cruel but confrontation must take place and it may be ugly. This confrontation does not make you a bad person. You are providing the love and time the person needs to arrive at their own realization that their behaviors are intellectually and morally broken. Stop allowing fear (the devil’s tool) to control your responses to intellectually and morally broken people, behavior, ideologies, and agendas. Be of courage and do not ignore the truth.
