Dear Republican Party of Minnesota State Central Delegates and Alternates,
I, Phillip Charles Parrish, am formally announcing myself as a candidate for the Republican Party of Minnesota Chair. I respectfully request the opportunity to discuss and outline a new and hope- filled direction for our party. I have been involved with the Republican Party of Minnesota organization since my first volunteer work–door knocking in the early 1980’s. I have attended caucuses since the 80’s and have repeatedly served as a delegate to the State Convention. I have been a State Central Delegate for 2 separate terms. I have unique and vital experience as a 3-time statewide candidate (U.S. Senate 2014, MN Governor 2018, MN SOS 2022). These experiences will serve us well to overcome some the serious challenges we currently face.
Many of you know me as a 21-year U.S. Navy veteran. My experiences as an analyst, investigator, counterterrorism expert, and foreign policy expert have turned out to be invaluable. I helped to expose the daycare fraud in Minnesota. This, combined with my knowledge of the organization places me in a position to make a serious difference. I have the knowledge, experience, and willingness to make positive changes, to stand strong against inefficiencies and dysfunction, and I will always tell you the truth. We cannot afford to repeat the leadership model and mistakes of the past.
The goals and objectives that I set out will not be easy, but I promise a level of integrity, fairness, and transparency the other candidates are not able to equal. I am well positioned to bring together both breakaway Republican groups, as well as the invaluable core that have fought the good fight for decades.
In closing, I am a Republican because we are a Constitutional Republic. The principals of democracy are not possible without the rule of law as our Constitution outlines.
Respectfully, your faithful servant and relentless patriot,
Phillip C Parrish
