Dear Minnesotans,
In a world that claims to aspire to unity, why do some of those same proponents insist on creating more ways to divide and segregate people? Have we reached a place in history where we can eliminate all the counter productive descriptors and divisive stereotyping that we are forced to swallow in employment applications and government forms? Our HR and social policies In Minnesota have become more harmful than helpful.
It’s time to introduce some common sense and restore much needed dignity in how we treat people.
