A Firm Yet Gracious Stand: Integrity Over Compromise – Right vs. Wrong in Minnesota’s 2026 Fight

Retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander, Fraud Whistleblower, Farmer, Teacher, Administrator, and 2026 Republican Candidate for Governor of Minnesota

Faribault, Minnesota – February 12, 2026

Dear Fellow Republicans, Precinct Leaders, BPOU Chairs, State Central Committee Members, MNGOP Leadership, and All Minnesotans of Good Faith,

I write this open letter with a heart anchored in grace, mercy, and resolute determination. As a child of God first—guided by faith in Christ—and then as a retired Navy intelligence officer, lifelong Minnesotan, father, and fraud whistleblower, I reaffirm my allegiance to the principles of our constitutional republic. I am a Republican not because any small group, committee, or gatekeeper bestows that label, but because those principles—truth, accountability, limited government, protection of the vulnerable, and service to the people—align with the righteous battle we face today.

For months, I have sounded clear warnings, drawn from hard evidence, direct observation, and a deep love for this state:

• In my October 27, 2025 article, “The Truth About Campaign Compromise: A Call for Integrity in Minnesota’s 2026 Race,” I exposed the insidious trap that ensnares candidates: pre-selection by elites, dependency on big donors, financial shell games to fake momentum, and the erosion of independence through promises to financiers. I set myself apart with a lean, self-financed model—designing my own content, relying on volunteers driven by shared values, bringing my unique expertise (Navy intel, investigations, budgeting, education) without cost, and funding through grassroots supporters alone. This keeps me free to serve you—the hardworking moms and dads, the poor and middle class—not a donor list.

• In January 2026, I issued a righteous call to MNGOP leadership: Move the state convention to April or skip statewide endorsements for 2026 races entirely. The May 29-31 timing, jammed against the June 2 filing deadline, risks rushed decisions, unresolved disputes, lingering divisions, and spoiler tactics funded by big money—handing advantages to the DFL syndicate we oppose. My aim was transparency, fairness, and genuine unity to strengthen our stand for the republic.

• After deep prayer, discernment, and a vivid dream of humble obedience when familiar structures falter (February 6, 2026 article, “A Faithful Path Forward: Stepping Outside the Paywall Circus to Heal and Reclaim Minnesota”), I announced that Team Parrish would not participate in the May convention. We will not divert time, sweat equity, family sacrifices, or contributor dollars into a pay-to-play process that burdens delegates, excludes reformers, and feeds a dysfunctional machine. We honor authentic invitations without cost, but we refuse to compromise our independence.

• Just today, February 12, 2026, I issued a stark public warning to every politician, operative, media figure, nonprofit executive, and organization touching Minnesota’s fraud networks—across party lines. For a decade, my intelligence cell has mapped these rackets: daycare scams, Medicaid PCA fraud, COVID relief theft, layered nonprofits, LLC pipelines, and conflicts where overseers land cushy roles. To Republicans claiming fiscal responsibility yet shielding connected players or benefiting indirectly: come clean now. Resign conflicting roles. Demand independent audits. No sacred cows. No exemptions. The grift ends, or the truth comes relentlessly.

First, I offer sincere thanks to those who genuinely labor for Republican victories in 2026—who show up in good faith, work to unite Minnesotans around shared values, and fight despite barriers. Your precinct work, grassroots activism, and honest efforts reflect the best of our republic: citizens serving the greater good. Thank you. Your resolve fuels this movement.

Yet the hour demands clarity: This fight is no longer right vs. left. It is right vs. wrong. We confront organized criminal networks—political, nonprofit, corporate, and street-level—that loot our treasury, exploit the disabled and vulnerable, rig systems, and turn public programs into personal ATMs. Patterns of selective outrage, repeated failures to reflect on dysfunction, and harm that appears premeditated rather than negligent raise grave questions. Minnesotans deserve truth, not excuses.

With grace extended and mercy available for true repentance and course correction, I state plainly:

Team Parrish will not pay any fees, purchase access, or feed resources into the compromised party apparatus—neither my contributors’ hard-earned support nor my family’s sacrifices. Every dollar, every hour of sweat equity, and all our expertise will go directly into the August 11, 2026 primary and November general election. We will campaign clean, speak unscripted truth, expose the syndicate through free platforms like Truth Reckoning: Sundays to Smash the Syndicate, and let the people decide.

I urge every candidate who shares our values to do the same: Invest your time, treasure, and talent in the voters—not an echo chamber that struggles to acknowledge its failings. We are not battling one another; we are battling right vs. wrong for the people of Minnesota.

I wish you all the best in your efforts. Participate where opportunities arise without cost, but hear my warnings not as threats, but as genuine cautions from a whistleblower who has tracked these patterns for years. Do not lie to me, do not lie in front of me, and do not force confrontations through deception. Let us compete with integrity, truth, and service to our constitutional republic.

If you seek to unite in dismantling the rackets, protecting families, restoring accountability through prosecutions, and rebuilding Minnesota on moral foundations rooted in Christ—reach out. The door remains open for those who choose right over wrong.

In service to Minnesota and guided by my Savior Jesus,

Phillip C. Parrish

Candidate for Governor of Minnesota 2026
